Always on time. The best cleanings. Spend time with you to answer questions. Have been going here for over 20 years.

I saw Dr. Shapiro for a gum tissue graft. I was very surprised at the level of treatment and care that I received, in the context of it being out of the ordinary these days. For instance, I had to call office due to a concern over the weekend (non business hours). Instead of going thru an answering service, we got thru to Dr. Shapiro directly. She was aware of me, and assisted me over the phone. The staff is very kind, and compliments Dr. Shapiro's refreshing level of care and service. And, lastly is Donna the receptionist. She is out of this world amazing, and I wish there were more people in this world like her. I highly recommend Dr. Shapiro!

I brought my elderly mom in for consult. Mom had to have a tooth removed and a new tooth put in place. Dr. Shapiro and Dr. Crabtree were kind to my mom and explained the procedure and time frame. I’m impressed by the friendliness and time spent on her condition

Dr. Shapiro’s office is one of the few offices that I don’t mind going to, out of the many specialists that I see on a regular basis. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming, and the appointments always seem to run on time. They function like a well oiled machine. Dr. Shapiro is incredibly friendly, thorough, and gentle. This is particularly important to me, since I have Trigeminal Neuralgia, and one rough appointment is enough to land me in bed for days. After my first visit, my anxiety over this went away, when I saw how gentle and they were, compared with offices that I have been to in the past. In some respects, it’s like taking a step back in time; the friendly, kind faces, concise appointments, phone calls are returned promptly, etc. All of the things that are missing from 90% of medical and dental offices today. The only difference is that the office is modern and beautifully decorated. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Shapiro and her staff.

I have had two procedures with Dr Shapiro, both gum surgery. While the procedure sounds terrifying both experiences turned out to be relatively simple, straightforward and pain free. Dr Shapiro is a very skilled surgeon and gentle and I hear from my dentist Dr Votolato ( who can actually see my gums!) that her work and results are truely superb! I highly recommend her.

Extremely caring staff and Dr Shapiro is the best! Wonderful bedside manner and her work is impeccable. The office staff is also great at contacting patients for appointment reminders and very friendly upon greeting patients at the office.

I knew I needed help with my gums. They were receding and I needed a gum graft. I was scared to death to have the procedure done. Everyone at Dr.Shiparo's office is wonderful! Very professional and very nice. My graft come out beautiful. Don't hesitate to come here you'll be glad you did!

I am very happy to say that Dr. Shapiro made going to the dentist for my Botox treatment worth doing. Her and the staff were very friendly.

Dr. Shapiro makes me feel so comfortable during my visit. I have had great results with much needed gum surgery, where I needed to take pain medicine only on the first day.

I am not a huge fan when it comes to going to the dentist. But when I need work done at Dr. Shapiro's office, I don't hesitate to go in for an appointment. She is amazing!
