Dr. Dennis M Anthony

Dr. Anthony is the best doctor I have ever had. Very polite, spends time listening to me, and knows what he is doing. Have been a patient with Dr. Anthony for over 10 years, and have never ever had any problems with him, his staff, and wait time. HIGHLY reccommed Dr. Anthony.

I want to thank Dr. Antony and Camille his assistant. I did not get my meds. from Express Script as promised. I had taken my last dose and was due for another dose that day! It was a must that I not miss a dose. I had been trying to reach the doc. that prescribed the meds. for several days to get a prescription for a dose until express Script sent my meds. Unfortunately because of Covid 19 the office was working remotely and experiencing an overload on their phones. As always when I don't know where to turn ... I go to my superheroes Dr. Anthony and Camille. I left a message for Camille, told her what was happening and I did not know where to turn. She called back half hour later explaining to me what was happening at that office. She had emailed the office and explained my situation. Camille called me back said it was taken care of and that I could pick my meds. up at Kroger. This was all on this past Friday late afternoon. I am so glad I have Camille,Dr, Anthony and his staff !

Dr. Anthony is always very thorough and kind. Staff is awesome as well

This is the worst doctors office EVER for administrative things such as answering the phone; returning calls; prescription refills, etc. My husband and I dealt with it for 10 years and it never got better, only worse. It is unfathomable how bad it could be. Getting a prescription refilled is beyond frustrating. It's futile. I complained about this constantly to the medical staff and it never did any good. After awhile you start to think the care has to be affected by such incompetence.

The office of Dr. Anthony became so unorganized, it was shameful. I almost felt embarrassed for the employees. Having to wait sometimes 15/20 minutes on hold just to speak to someone or hang up and call back 5 times just to get someone to answer. Then Dr. Anthony starts wants to start changing everyone’s meds ? Craziness! I had to get out of there.

While Dr Anthony was great to talk to, we rarely ever saw him. More often than not when I call no one answers the phone. When someone does answer no one ever knows whats going on so I end up trying to explain what the nurse said to me at my last visit. One would assume they kept patient records but that never seems to be the case. I tried to call today about something that seriously concerned me but after calling 5 times I never got a response. I give up, I'll find a new doctor.

My wife went in for a sick appointment and arrived at 8:30am. Due to them changing their system her information was lost and it took over 10 minutes to get her back in the system. Finally called back to a room at 9:20am and sat there for an hour and twenty minutes with no one acknowledging her until she finally decided to leave. So much for Sick Appointments and being seen in the morning.
