I think Dr.Jensen is a wonderful man. However, I am six months into this pain and he now thinks it might be something else. The pain is so bad at this point and I don't even feel like he believes me. I'm begging for therapy,test whatever it takes to end the pain. He politely suggested that my pain is from me not acting right. Wow.... I love having Dr Jensen as my doctor. He's the best I've ever had. He's very personable, helpful, is part of a good practice, and has never failed to aid me in my times of illness or concern. Would highly recommend.

I was seen last week for bronchiolitis, doctor prescribed steroid but no antibiotic. After 1 week and finishing the steroid It had worsened and progressed to assumed pneumonia. The doctor scheduled just a chest x-ray instead of a standard doctor appointment before prescribing an antibiotic. The radiology visit cost me 500$ upfront after insurance, while an urgent care visit for antibiotics without the x-ray would have been 50$. The doctor at Prairie Star Health Center cost me 10 times the price I should’ve paid for an antibiotic. Furthermore because this was an appointment with radiology and not a doctor I was not guaranteed I would get results and antibiotic that day like I would’ve at an urgent care. Also because I was charged 500$ and still didn’t get to take with a doctor, I was not able to discuss the possibility of being prescribed another steroid with the antibiotic. Been going to him for years, then I realized that he NEVER does anything. Why do I keep giving this guy my money and getting poor treatment in return. The whole Advent health organization seems to be like that. Go elsewhere people!

As usual, he didn’t do anything to help me. It’s mind boggling how a dr can be so unhelpful. The whole place went to pot when Advent took over. They work for Advent and the insurance companies now....not the patient.

Dennis Jensen misdiagnosed my pregnancy in 2019 as GERD. He sent me for an endoscopic procedure (September 2019) and ran blood work (October 2019). According to his office everything came back as “normal.” After which, he suggested I seek mental counseling. Fast forward to April 2020, I found myself in the ER with excruciating pain thinking it was a gastritis complication or appendicitis rather than being in labor. I gave birth in that ER.... Jensen has never returned my calls to follow up about what happened. I switched to College Park family care and haven’t looked back since. I suggest every female seeing him do the same. Great primary care physician.

Dr. Jenson is the best doctor I've ever had, he cares about you as person, not about the money like si many other doctors, 5 stars for this wonderful doctor!

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Jensen for the past year and am so thankful I found him. His compassion, knowledge and professionalism is truly unmatched. I don’t feel rushed in and out of the exam room and I trust him 100 percent. I would absolutely recommend him to all of my friends and family!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have been under Dr. Jensen's care while he was in Las Vegas. He is the perfect example of a doctor that truly cares about his patients. He was always willing to discuss our medical issues and he worked hard to help solve some medical mysteries my husband was experiencing. We appreciated him greatly and miss him terribly!!! If you are lucky enough to acquire Dr. Jensen as your doctor you are truly blessed!

He is a great doctor, I am blessed to have found him. He listens to my concerns, NEVER pressures me. He is just amazing would recommend him to anyone I know. His team is great too.

My previous PCP retired almost 2 years ago and I have been trying to find a new Dr. Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Jensen and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. He's so nice, not once did he make me feel rushed and really made me feel like he cares about my well being. He find a small nodule on my thyroid and they worked me in to get an ultrasound on my neck the same day! Then he called me at 545pm (after hours) just to let me know the results of my ultrasound! He's just phenomenal, I highly recommend him, he's hands down one of the best Dr's I've ever had. I'm so glad I found him!!

Requested a new pt appt on Oct 27. I was told one was available next day which I declined for transportation reasons. She then gave Nov 3, a week away. I accepted. Wrote all info down as state transportation requires address & phone number when scheduling ride & wouldn't have done so if no appt was made. Neglected to write time down but 3:30 was in my mind. Called to confirm time Oct 31 & was told I didn't have an appt at all & a new pt appt was not available until Jan. My ID number was given.

If you want a knowledgeable doctor you came to the right place. Dr Jensen is kind and understanding besides knowing when you should be referred to the proper doctors or procedures. I'm so grateful my insurance allows me to see him.He knows when to explain things in layman terms. He never rushes you. Take my word , you found a great professional with a heart and his staff they are wonderful and timely.

Always listens to you. Doesn?t dismiss your concerns.
