Friendly staff Dr Muller listened to my concerns & great service. Was just surprised w/ fees that i wasnt aware of, had to reschedule to do annual eye visit & fees for eye glasses $10 co pay & $60 for thinner lenses

Dr. Muller is very knowledgeable and experienced. I trust his guidance as it has always helped with my eye condition.

My daughter and I always have an excellent experience here. Staff is wonderful and very patient. Dr. Muller is absolutely amazing and his bedside manner is phenomenal. We won’t go anywhere else.

My daughter went in for an eye exam to get new contacts. She did not receive the service that was requested. She received an eye exam and a prescription for glasses. When I called the office, I was told she did not request contacts. I advised that she discussed the contact lens fitting exam copay with office staff. I was advised she could come back to the office for an addition exam and contact lens fitting . The cost would be an additional $110. My daughter did not get the service she requested and did not get her contacts. This was a waste of $40. I will never give a recommendation for Dr Dennis Muller and we will never use this doctor again. I have no trust in this provider.

I didn't receive the service I requested which was a contact exam instead my son received an eye exam with a prescription. I was not refunded my money and I didn't receive my contact exam.

My visit with Dr. Muller was an over whelming experience , the staff was so friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend Eyedox to my friends and relatives , as my granddaughter referred me to Dr. Muller, thanks Aaliyah.
