Dr. Diana Bankhead

If you need a doctor and it’s not on her schedule you are out of luck. I needed to get in two weeks ago because my blood pressure is extremely high. Couldn’t come in because a Covid patient was coming in from the hospital. Office closed for that. Called for an appointment this week. No can do. She’s closing for 3 days. Office can’t schedule an appointment but will try to call me later if something changes. No thanks

Very rude, acted rather strangely to my wife and gave odd medical advice. Recommended my wife find another husband, right in front of me !

She wouldn’t see me because I’m not fully vaccinated!!!! THAT IS DISCRIMINATION!!!!

I am a nurse so it pains me to write this review. But Dr. Bankhead's office and Dr. Bankhead could really give two licks about their patients! It's frightening how little they care. My father tested positive for Covid and has multiple comormidities. We found a location for him to get monoclonal antibodies and all he needed was a a referral from his doctor. After multiple calls to the office they kept telling us we needed to wait. If you understand the situation you are aware that it is time dependent. Not only was the office staff rude but they kept putting us off. It evidently wasn't a priority for their office or the doctor. Never mind that the infusion could be life-saving. In the end the doctor chose not to write a referral even though my father has multiple comorbidities and she fully agreed that he was a candidate for the infusion. Her reason for refusing was that it was out of network. (as I said I've been a nurse through this entire pandemic taking care of other peoples families and I am fully aware of the qualifications for this medication) and then left the office for a holiday weekend. No concern whatsoever about my father! I honestly think that this doctor and her office staff could care less if my father died. It's disgusting and I would not send anybody including my dog to this office! (The final young lady that I talk to you on the phone I'm sorry I don't remember her name, she was not a nurse, and she was very kind. She gave me multiple ideas of other doctors and other clinics that might actually treat my father. Effing amazing that the doctors office is referring me out to other places because the doctor won't do her job) I am a nurse so it pains me to write this review. Awesome doctor with great supporting staff. Took real good care of me.

Well she's a very compassionate doctor. You get her undivided attention. She enjoys her patients and does her best to get you to the best help if you need a specialist. I alway enjoy the visit

My 82 year old mother went to see Dr. Bankhead after she had experienced severe pain in the back of her head and dizziness. Dr. told her she had allergies and gave her a shot for motion sickness. The very next day, my mother was very sick with COVID. Dr. Bankhead never tested my mom. I told mom to come (it was Christmas) and within 2 days I contracted COVID, next day my brother and the next day, my husband. ALL this could have been prevented IF Dr. Bankhead had diagnosed my mom correctly.

Terrible. She has no personality skills and insulted my son several times. Was also wrong about his diagnosis

Dr. Bankhead seems to be a wonderful doctor. I felt completely comfortable in her competency in treating my issues. I didn't care for her nurse's blood withdrawal skills.

She took her time. Seems thorough. Hope she is or provides quality care. Moving from the city to the country is difficult. Only time will tell me what is here. Husband is going to try a female for the first time.

Great bedside manner, with a shot of humor. Excellent in the area of diagnosing. She is very thorough.

I couldn't ask for a more personal approach from a doctor of medicine! Dr. Bankhead always makes time to answer my questions and makes me feel good about the time I've spent in her office. I would recommend her to anyone. Her office staff is nice and polite too!
