I always dread gyn visits. Dr, Navarro is the best. She put me at ease and I was very comfortable asking questions. Very pleased with her and the office staff. They were all very polite.

Since moving to Pensacola, Dr. Navarro has been wonderful! Very comfortable to be around and speak to about my pregnancy. She is quick and to the point regarding any and all medical needs and answering questions. I hope all patients can always have a good experience when talking to their doctor.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Navarro and she is wonderful. Her nurse and staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely become a regular!

Dr. Navarro was excellent. Even with a long wait time, I intend to continue to see her with my gyn concerns.

... with Dr Navarro as your obstetrician/gynecologist. I am her patient for 18 years now. I always felt listened to, treated with respect, got questions answered, got excellent treatment.

I love Dr. Navarro, she is kind and caring, she makes sure that when you leave her office you have no questions or concerns. Her care team is also great.

Dr Navarro, listened to concerns, was respectful of disabilities and took the time to explore alternatives to needs for the future.

The staff is very friendly. The doctors are very nice. The staff and doctors are very pleasant to talk to. If you don't understand something they will go out of their way to explain to you what it is or means

Worst OB experience ever. I came to her after not being able to afford a second home birth with my second child. I had a birth plan and she told me I'd have to come up with one she agreed with when I stated I didn't want be induced or receive pitocin. From that point forward she treated and talked to me like I was an idiot. She was cold and threatening. I left her office in tears each time I saw her. The last time I had such a panic attack from the visit that my husband had to leave work and pick me up because I couldn't drive. I have NEVER experienced this with any other doctor in my 34 years of life. You are just a number to her. Her office requires payment for all services (including delivery!) Before you get to your 3rd trimester. I have good private health insurance and was expected to pay all deductibles and co pays in advance, just to see her. Immediately found a new OB and imagine that, no more tears, fear or up front payment. She needs a different medical profession.

Very easy to talk to and down to earth. Of course knowledgeable. Answers any questions I may have in a way I can understand.

Everyone was very kind and very quick. I really liked Dr. Navarro. She seems very straightforward and caring. Definitely enjoyed my visit!!

Love Dr. Navarro and her nurse Tara. She is a straight shooter and will tell you the facts even if it's not what you want to hear. She delivered my baby via c section and is so knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you like an honest doctor that knows her stuff, she's definitely for you.

First I want to say that the staff at the women’s group are really friendly. However it was Dr. Navarro that made me switch halfway through my pregnancy bc of her lack of bedside manner and it didn’t seem like she came prepared to any appointment. I made sure to include all my details regarding mental health, medication, health history in my intake forms and she never read them. She asked what medication I was on and googled it in front of us. It seemed very unprofessional and sloppy. She also was very judgmental and rude in regards to waiting for delivery to complete Covid vaccination after delivery. I just didn’t feel very cared for or heard. Also 2/3 times I was there there was no soap in the bathroom—true story. I raised it with the nurses each time. I’ve since switched doctors and I could not be happier to not have Dr. Navarro.

Just had a follow up w/ Dr. Navarro, she's amazing, she listens, is understanding, knowledgeable, encouraging, supportive, leaves no question unanswered. I suffered from a miscarriage, but she's given me hope.

I have been with Dr. Navarro for years, even though I have to travel a bit, I trust and feel very comfortable with her. The Staff is attentive and follow Covid-19 safety steps, I would highly recommend her for your doctor.

Love Dr. Navarro so much! She has been my OB for the last 21 years and has now delivered all seven of my children! She is an awesome person and wonderful doctor!

All staff from reception to nurses to Dr. Navarro were so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt like I was listened to and my health was important to them. Super sweet put my worries at rest couldn’t ask for a better obgyn. Talked to me about everything I wanted to talk about. Most definitely took her time and made me feel important and welcomed not a super rushed visit like I’ve encountered before.

Dr. Navarro was very considerate and very helpful. Although I was given no cause for concern I did not get to hear the babies heartbeat during ultrasound. I will be sure to ask when i go in next time other than that I loved my visit and cant wait for my new baby girl or boy

Absolutely awesome! Took the time to talk and explain everything and had great "bedside" manner. Was extremely thorough with the exam. I had a learning student as well, and she did a fantastic job with what she needed to do. Communication was really good between the two of them.

As an older woman, I feel extremely comfortable with Dr Navarro. She is very knowledgeable and a kind doctor. Takes the time to explain things.

I was there for a wellness visit and as always Dr. Navarro was great. I did not see Tara nurse was she is also always great.

Dr. Navarro has been awesome! I've only seen her two visits (with more to come) but each visit has been pleasant. Each appointment she makes you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have. She definitely gives you all the attention you need with no rush to get you out what so ever. I will most certainly recommend her to others.

My initial visit with Dr Navarro was long but good. She was very thorough, answered my questions, and offered good advice.

I feel more relaxed with her friendly interaction of casual talk while being professionally . She explains with each step of the examination and specific instructions with orders .

Reading other individuals outstanding reviews of Dr. Navarro, I wonder what made her treat me differently. I had moments of doubt multiple times through out my pregnancy as to if I should continue seeing Dr. Navarro and I wish I would have trusted my intuition. At 21 weeks she diagnosed me with placenta previa and simply told me it “may or may not go away”. After crying myself to sleep multiple days and nights because of incredible stress and worry about the situation, at my next appt I was told my previa resolved itself. THEN she brought it up 2 more times at 2 separate appts that I had it, after I was told it resolved itself. It was the worst feeling in the world and I felt like she just really didn’t have the time or care to fully read my file before appts. After that incident, I just decided I really had no real desire to ask her any questions or confide any concerns to her. She would ask if I had any questions and I would just smile and say no because it was more effective to ask the nurses for a straight forward answer instead of a sarcastic answer. And I was far enough in the pregnancy I just really couldn’t deal with the frustration of changing doctors so far along. (Plus at least her nurse Tara is nice. Honestly the only good thing about that entire office is Tara, and the ultrasound tech) so I continued seeing dr Navarro. the night I had my son, at 4 AM I was experiencing INTENSE painful contraction like cramps. They were debilitating and made me literally squirm. After each cramp my body was shaking . It woke me from my sleep and I was terrified something was wrong because I never felt that with my other child. “it’s worse each pregnancy.” After taking all the Motrin and Tylenol I could and no relief, I called the nurse and asked if I could please have anything for pain. She then called dr Navarro, and dr Navarro told her to tell me she would talk to me in the morning when she came to check on me. So I stayed awake. And just bit my blanket when the cramps happened to try not to make any sounds and wake up my sleeping newborn and boyfriend as well. When dr Navarro came in to check on me the first thing she said when she came into the room, her exact words: “I got woken up by a phone call ridiculously early because someone was in pain”. I was so surprised when that came out of her mouth. Most of alI it just made me feel like I really didn’t matter to her as a patient. I never had a problem with her being late to a lot of my appointments. Never judged her for the stench of cigarette smoke clinging to her scrubs even though it made me have terrible headaches for an hour after my appts with her. And I justified her not knowing any of the stuff in my charts and making my anxiety skyrocket over the words *placenta previa* on multiple occasions because she’s SUCH a busy lady. she gets 2 stars because her nurse made me feel like a human at my appts. I wish Tara could’ve delivered my son, so that I would have the memory of someone who treated me like I mattered during his birth and my entire pregnancy to keep for the rest of my life. If you do choose dr. Navarro, I hope it works out better for you then it did for me. my child is alive and healthy with no delivery complications, so she’s qualified to deliver a baby if that’s all you seek from your obgyn experience.
