Doctor is very easy to talk to and seems very knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease about my procedure.

He was very thorough and took his time with me. I did not feel rushed at all. He also gave me online information to help my situation along!!! A friend of mine has used him for pain management and is very impressed with the results. I highly recommend him!

This was my first visit there and I never got to see or meet the doctor ! You would of thought he would at least show his face and introduce himself. I saw a nurse practitioner instead. She said she would call in a prescription for me since I was having extreme pain but she never called it in. I give this place a 1 star just due to the fact that the waiting area was clean.

My visit with doctor Novo was quick as usual. I don't think that I was there for over an hour. He's always quick and precise, and treats you with the up most respect and dignity.

I've been under Dr. Novo's care for some time now. He is amazing, caring, compassionate, and a great doctor. I am a lucky patient!

Truly an excellent Doctor! He checks all the boxes. He’s thoughtful, caring, very knowledgeable, explained things well, and empathetic. You can tell he is passionate and enjoys what he does.

Dr. Novo helped and is helping me with pain in both my neck and lower back. I'm in the middle of my spine reconstruction: c4-c7 fusion and l5-s1 fusions are done. I'm planning l2-l4 fusion surgery, and he's helping me with the pain again. I have degenerative disc disease... the pain is not manageable without his help.

Dr Novo was great super easy going and funny great bedside manner he really explained a lot to me so I fully understood what was happening to me. The entire office has great Drs and staff. They are very good about staying on schedule, without me feeling rushed.

Dr "Novo" has been helping me with my back and hip pain since October. He and his PA Molly have been very helpful. They always discuss the various solutions to my pain and then proceed to administer them. I am happy to say I am moving with ease and the pain is minimal. I keep up with the icing, CBD cream, and exercise and my body is getting back to my old self. It's wonderful to be able to tie my shoes and pick up things on the floor. I told him I needed to get better and get back to work and he told me not to worry and he would take care of me and I trust him with that statement. This was my first visit as a new patient. Staff was friendly & helpful. Dr. N thoroughly reviewed my condition, explained his diagnosis and next steps in my treatment. I left confident that I am seeing the right person.

Today I was seen by Molly, Dr Novo's PA. She and I get along great, and we were able to work out a short-term plan for the next month or so to get me some quick relief before we try to decide what to do next. The appointment took longer than usual because I had to update the forms they have in my files. But all-in-all a good appointment.

Dr Novoseletsky is very compassionate about finding the best options for treating his patient's pain. He gives viable options for pain relief, and is very good about explaining the hows and whys of different treatment methods. Dr. Novo is truly kind and cares greatly for his patients!

A straight up doctor who understands an athletes needs of pm or recovery! Explains all options and procedures in detail so patient has a full understanding of what to expect!

I was referred to Dr. Novo after my motorcycle accident. He was quick to diagnose my condition and very accurate about it as well. If it wasn't for Dr. Novo and his staff, I wouldn't be able to walk today. I highly recommend him. He's professional, knowledgeable and super friendly! Thank you Dr. Novoseletsky!

Dr Novo has literally changed my quality of life in just about 2 months. I had serious neck pain that was giving me headaches and completely disrupting my ability to sleep after a car accident a year ago. I had a radiofrequency neurotomy done in a few steps that were painless. I literally felt relief the day after the procedure, and have been pain-free since. For about a year and I had been suffering with a lot of pain. I had an accident at work and was injured. I've never thought I'd find relief that was until I found Dr. Peterson and Dr. Novo of suburban orthopedics. I was operated by Dr. Peterson in August 2016 that man is magic I tell you. However afterwords I continued having pain. Dr. Peterson suggested I talk to Dr. Novo. I finally figured out what is wrong thanks to their awesome work. Dr. Novo suggested a treatment and we tried it and it gave me somerelief . I was sad when I heard it was only temporary though. But relieved when Dr. Novo said it was a great step to finally figuring out what was wrong with me . I was given a diagnosis. I'm so grateful. Next step God willing I get the final operation and I know and truly believe with Dr. Novos help I'll finally be back to hundred percent. My mom saw Dr. Novoseletsky. First appt was ok and we scheduled sacroiliac joint injection. After that, it was clear it wasn't successful which we knew could happen. In her follow-up appt, Dr. N was rude & unprofessional. He didn't want to explain the results and just wanted to schedule her for another injection and have nothing more to do with her. We're not looking for him to be her best friend but to leave a patient in tears and to disregard her pain and questions - we will not return ever.

I was constantly in intense pain yet my primary care physician said there was nothing wrong. Dr. Novoseletsky quickly diagnosed the problem. The outpatient procedure he performed took about 10 minutes and I felt great. He worked with my insurance company even when they were quite difficult. I did leave him for a while due to issues with the admin staff but returned because he got results when no one else could. The admin staff issues seem to have been resolved as well. He is outstanding!!!

The Doctor is very kind and understanding. He`s been helping me for a few months and after 2 injections, I'm able to walk and go to psychical therapy now. I have been feeling much better after many weeks of pain. Thanks Doctor !

Very short with people. Forgetful and unprofessional staff. Got upset when I told him my trigger point injection didn't work and literally stood up and pulled my shirt up (without my permission) and started pushing his fingers into different parts of my back asking where it still hurts. He then told me I would have to set up another appointment to assess further, printed out a sheet to give to his staff, said have a nice day, and walked out. Never experienced such unprofessional from a doctor
