Frustrating experience getting an appointment for my daughter, couldn’t access mychart due to them not sending me the proxy sheet in the first place, Phone tag for days, no help & extremely rude and condescending nurses (Mary and Susan). Absolutely done with this practice! Won’t be going back, we recently moved to the area but will travel to her old pediatrician in Skokie whom we adore & are much more helpful and kind. Lurie childrens has always been stellar highly recommended them.

Dr. Fredericks has been my doctor for almost 20 years. She listens to my concerns, makes sure I understand my health issues and does not over-prescribed medications. She treats me as if I'm the only person that she is seeing that day - she takes her time, listens and advises. Honestly, she is the best doctor I've ever had.

Dr. Fredericks is kind, spends time, and is comprehensive. Her staff is very sweet. Waiting room time is minimal.

I am very upset with this office. I’ve actually never seen Dr. Fredericks. But the Bartlett family medicine canceled my appointment with the doctor I waited to see for seven months. I asked to see Dr. Fredericks and asked if they would kindly get me in sooner since I had already waited so long. They informed me it would be another 7 months to see Dr. Fredericks!!! When I called back to see if they would do anything, the lady on phone Informed me that she would not ask Dr. Fredericks again since Dr. Fredricks said she wouldn’t do anything. My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Fredericks for the better of the last 10 years. Very professional, thorough, friendly, and we never feel rushed along if we have questions about our health and treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Fredericks to family and friends.

I have been seeing Dr Fredericks for nearly 16 years. She is so easy to talk to and makes every visit comfortable.

Dr. Fredericks is personable, radiates confidence and is professional. Her offices and exam rooms are clean and well lit. I would recommend Dr. Fredricks to my family and friends emphatically.
