I would caution anyone against taking their small children to this dentist. I brought my daughter in for two routine visits and both were troublesome to me as a parent. The hygienist was nice, but asked me what I wanted done (cleaning, exam, etc.) rather than walking my daughter and I through a typical visit. It was oddly unprofessional and even though I requested and was promised a new hygienist at the second visit, we had the same woman twice. We were treated to a few minutes of the child in the chair just out of sight screaming during his exam while we waited for my daughter's turn. Dr. Boren instructed me to hold my daughter's hands down while he examined her teeth and when she cried so hard she held her breath, he said "She'll breathe" all while losing hold of his tools and dropping them on her face. I should have known better than to come for the second visit, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they disappointed again. The highlight of the visit was the fact that the office manager Sara was responsive to my concerns when I phoned later. From what I understand, the Burg Dentistry chain incentivizes posting positive reviews which may explain this doctor's high rating here. Be cautious. They were so great with my two year old! He was scared but they helped him feel comfortable and got the whole check up done. Can't recommend them enough!

Not only did they get us an appointment really quickly, they were super nice and friendly. My kids had a great time and didn't feel nervous at all. Very good atmosphere.

My daughter has sensory issues and going to the dentist was something I feared. I used to brush her teeth and the thought of her doing it on her own seemed so far away. My kids have been going here for years and we love it. They do white fillings for kids. Their work is excellent. They also make it comfortable and fun for the kids with tvs they can watch while they're here. They also love to choose a prize when they're done.

It's always a pleasure to be with Dr. Boren and his staff. My son (7 yrs. old) had some work done and as usual made him feel relaxed and took time out to explain to him what they would be doing to make his teeth better. I absolutely love this place!!!!!

These guys sure know how to take care of kids! Our 3-year-old needed a crown and a filling and she left wanting to go back for more. Their staff knows how to put kids and parents at ease.
