Fortuna 1991, the pharmaceutical reps were bribing the Dr Baird with gift cards to nice restaurants etc to keep prescribing vicodin to his patients and quess what they lied about how safe it was and everyone in town got "hooked". Hello Dr. Baird! I’m a former patient of yours in Fortuna. We relocated to Fredericksburg, VA 14 years ago and wanted you to know that I have received healthcare at your alma mater, Virginia Commonwealth University’s Medical School! Lezlie and I love living and working here in Fredericksburg, but will always be thankful for your style as a ‘country doctor’ who gave practical health advice, and your never being hesitant to use a little silver nitrate to clean the excess closing skin on my in-dwelling Supra catheter- rather than cutting and risking infections and longer healing periods!
