My elderly mother has gone to Dr. Kelley for a long time to have her toenails cut & complained that they're so jagged & rough, she's had trouble pulling her socks on. I'd never actually witnessed it myself until I was in town & took her to her appointment this week, plus went into the exam room. I was appalled, as I watched Dr. Kelley hack up my mother's toenails, chopping & breaking them. I can't believe Medicare pays him, but I took a photo for evidence. My mother will not be going back!!!

Has been my doctor for many years; won't see anyone else while he is still practicing and in Humboldt County.

Dr. Kelley was very informative and ask several questions. I came in with over the counter insoles for my high arches. Instead of trying to sell me something from his practice he offered to modify what I brought in which he did on the spot. Within a few hours my feet felt much better. It's now been two days now and my feet feel great. I walked out paying only for a regular office visit.
