Love the new Dr here and the ladies at the front desk always make sure your taken care of

Excellent eye care! Took care of me after cataract surgery. The plugs in my eyes for dry eyes did the trick. Dr Foster is the best!

I love it That is all I can say Definitely recommend people who need eyeglass or check up

Very friendly and professional, really pleasant atmosphere and nicely decorated and clean office. Dr. Patel did my exam and I was very pleased.

Dr fowler was absolutely perfect she was so sweet to my daughter and me I highly recommend her 100%

This was definitely a change from a few years ago. The optometrist I saw was very pleasant and explained in detail for me to understand what was going on with my eyes. More than I have ever gotten from any other visit there or elsewhere. The appearance was better also

They took there time with examination very thorough. Then ordered glasses came in quickly. And good fit.

I called at 8 am this morning to be seen last minute/new customer and they got me right in with my emergency! Great office staff! Great Doctor! My whole family will start going here!

The lady who fitted our son’s glasses lacks customer service. She was very short, unwelcoming and looked bothered by our questions. This happened last fall (2019), so hopefully she no longer works there. Nevertheless, we are not going back and will be trying Sumner Eye Care instead.

I've been coming here for 4 years now and I absolutely love it here and the service is amazing. It's small and local, and the people inside are some of the sweetest and nicest people around. I recommend Portland vision center to all, as for the haters, well they hate everything, unless you paid them to come with pamper hot towels and out as soon as they get in they're expecting, however you can't find that in a 5 start New York hotel. Portland vision center is the best vision clinic in Portland and perhaps it off all of Tennessee too if not more. I would not recommend this lace to anyone. It is over priced and the person that handles the check out is the most rude person that I have ever met in any office. Take some advise from a "FORMER" patient and find somewhere else to go and get your eye care needs! You might be ok with this place if you are loaded and do not mind over paying for poor service and being treated rudely by check out person! Would not even give any stars if that were an option here. Dr.Blocker is the best optometrist in the area. He has had many years of treating eye injuries and diseases. The glasses he prescribed for me work great. His staff is well trained and very friendly. I highly recommend Portland Vision Clinic.

Was a amazing day at the eye doc. I came in very early expecting to have to wait but they brought me on back. the check up was very thorough. The nurse was amazing and he doctor was perfect. I spent an hour and a half waiting around to see the doctor, they dilated my eyes (which is pretty old school, in my opinion), and when the doctor finally came in to check my eyes he left two minutes later to take a personal call from his cable company. (Which I can kind of understand because cable companies are the worst.) I won't be going back to this office in the future, mostly because they didn't get a hold of me before my appointment to tell me they're out of network, so I spent $140 for a four-minute check-up that lasted two hours. This number is to an eye doctor, not a service center. Please change the number in Google. I'm sure those ladies at the front desk are "tired" of getting calls about "tires."
