Absolutely the best! I have tried therapy on and off for several years and nothing really made me feel comfortable. Then, in 2021 after dealing with super stress of Covid, running my own business, and being a parent to a young child I sought out therapy again. I tried 2 other therapist before landing with Julie and it has been amazing. I urge everyone to try therapy and if it doesn't work try another therapist, because I truly feel like Julie has made a world of difference for me. Some of our sessions are me dumping all my OCD/ADD anxiety stress over her in what I call "word vomit" and where she helps calm me with different techniques she teaches me to use. Other sessions are more relaxing and checking in. She adapts and changes to what my needs are in the moment. I love that I'm able to meet virtually because I am so crazy busy I wouldn't have time otherwise. I wish everyone could have a therapist like Julie, she has made such a difference in how I handle life.
