Great experience! Nice office and wonderful customer service! Dr. Newland is the best!!

Too rushed. Obsessed with ear wax. Removed it efficiently, but never understood the problem I came in for. I will not come again to this office, though the clerks were courteous and efficient.

Everyone was extremely helpful.

Dr. Newland was great. He answered all of my questions and explained all of the procedures so I could understand. I will recommend him.

Dr. Newland is always prompt, generous with his time, thorough in his exam, and thoughtful in his assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of my problems.

Was rushed in and out of the office no treatment offered but surgery (within the first 5 minutes of meeting the doctor) reviewed CT scan in the hallway and ushered out the door! Was prescribed steroids and after waiting in CVS trying to call office with no answer decided to go back to office. When I went in the office the same lady that checked us out was at the front desk at a computer I told her the prescription was not called in yet and it is Friday afternoon now can she please check that the prescription is correct and being sent, she never once lifted her head to acknowledge me she just said they call the prescriptions in before lunch. When I asked her please check for me she said no and kept working. I realized while I was standing there the phones weren’t ringing and I said I have been calling for almost 2 hours don’t you answer the phones and she replied not here! How the hell can an office run without a phone! The people behind me were blown away that not only was there no phones but the woman showed no empathy or concern. Horrible experience and when I spoke with my neighbors they have also heard about people having horrible experiences. Shame that a health facility becomes all about money and not the well being of a patient!

Didn’t feel like Dr was concerned at all about my condition. I felt like he was just trying to get me in and out. Maybe because inner ear vertigo is more common to them, but I’ve never had anything like this before. The audiologist was very pleasant and explained what she was doing and what the responses were. I left feeling like I wasted my time and money. And still no better understanding of why this is happening.

Dr. Newland gets an A+. My family has been going to this office for over 20 years. Some of his office staff needs to be re-trained on people skills. One particular lady is not patient about listening to the needs of patients.You should always listen if you agree or disagree. This particular lady would not let you finish your sentences..Nurses and the rest of the staff are excellent.Praying this particular individual gets a job somewhere else. Ralph is very pleased with the results of his surgery and the kind and professional manner of Dr Newland. he can now sleep lying down and breathing better than he has in years. we highly recommend Texas ENT.

After suffering for many years with nasal congestion, snoring and trouble breathing, I turned to Texas ENT’s Dr Newland for Sinuplasty and Clarifix surgery, I can now breathe better and sleep lying down… thank you Dr. Newland!

Stay away from this practice! I was having constant drainage and cough. Dr Newland’s bedside manner is arrogant, dismissive and rude. He treated me and at my follow up appointment he said that I was discharged. I said how can you discharge me when I have a terrible sinus infection from the procedure? Gave me an antibiotic that did not work. Called and said it had not gone away and did get a follow up call for 4 days. Even left a call with their on call night service and got no follow up call. Terrible doctor. Terrible follow up service. No return calls. Staff does not care. Bad attitude of everyone involved. The whole office comes across as if they make too much money and don’t care if you get good care or not!

Dr Newland was great. However his office staff could use a lesson in compassion.

Nice facility but as a first time patient Dr. Newland was not my cup of tea. He was professional but not very personable. My visit and exam were very rushed, he was quick to dismiss anything I said, his quick diagnosis was to just offer a steroid shot and an RX for dizziness. Honestly, he spent the most time trying to sell me on allergy testing. He started an allergy testing video for me and then couldn't get out of the room fast enough. I will be traveling the extra miles to go back to my original ENT. Nice facility but as a first time patient Dr. Newland was not my cup of tea. He was professional but not very personable. Dr. Newland nailed it. Got me exactly the right meds which ended a month of suffering from a viral infection.

After years of suffering finally found Dr. Newland who listened and scheduled surgery and treatment so I could breathe and have my life back.

Dr. Newland is amazing! I trust him and I won’t go to anyone else.

Dr. Newland resolved an issue I suffered from for months, he was able to resolve it immediately. Very happy with the service and the staff as well.

Dr. NEWLAND came highly recommend and did not disappoint. I would recommend him over and over to anyone. As for the pinecroft staff, I can not reccomend them. I would try and go to his conroe location.

I highly recommend Dr. Newland! Though I had an issue with post surgery communication from his office, it does not reflect the professionalism he demonstrates.

I had a great experience at both of Dr. Newland’s locations. He took care of my ear infections and everyone in both offices were very courteous and professional!

Doctor NEWLAND is very professional and caring. I just had a sinus surgery done and everything went well. He gives all the assistance needed for me.

Got in on time and Doctor Newland was brilliant! He was compassionate, knew about my Erythromelalgia and Small Fiber Neuropathy. Most other doctors are clueless about my EM. The medication I went to pick up was perfect for me. I now have a NEW Doctor.

Dr Newland is great. The problem for me was the wait time. Waited over an hour and twenty minutes for a five minute visit with him. I like him and he is a very good dr though. Long wait.

I suffered from horrible vertigo and tinnitus...Dr. Newland prescribe a steroid shot specifically designed for the inner ear and have received my hearing back, minimal dizziness and rarely have vertigo now. I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Newland and his team. I went in suffering from severe sleep apnea. Dr. Newland suggested surgery to help with my condition and performed Septoplasty along with removing my Uvula. The surgery went better than expected and his team did an amazing job to ensure I stayed comfortable. After multiple failed attempts with my family Dr. and Redicare, trying to figure out what was wrong with my clogged ear, I realized I should have gone to Texas ENT in the beginning. Dr. Newland quickly diagnosed, explained the options to treat, and what he recommended. I have had issues with my ear for a long time and Dr. Newland has my ears and hearing back to normal. Dr. Newland also worked with my crappy insurance finding an alternative drop they would cover. Entire team at Texas ENT pinecroft are professional and have been able to squeeze me in often the same day when needed. I agree with all of the positive reviews about Sr. Newland. I had the balloon sinuplasty and I am so glad I did. By the next day I got immediate relief. He and his staff are great!

We love Dr. Newland! We switched after disliking our care with Dr. Liu. Dr. Newland was a breath of fresh air. At the recommendation of other HCPs and friends, I ended up in Dr. Newland's office after a disappointing experience at another practice. Dr. Newland's office is efficient, balancing timely treatment with great bedside manner. He ended up operating on my sinuses, removing a bone spur and fixing my deviated septum. Among things you rarely hear, is “having surgery on my deviated septum was such a pleasant experience”, but it truly was. The constant professional, thorough and attentive, he even called me after I was bonked on the nose shortly after surgery, and fit me in quickly to be sure I was OK and to alleviate my concerns. All staff was very friendly and helpful. I was taken in right away, no wait time! Dr. Newland was very nice. I have been sick for over 5 weeks and he listened to all my concerns. He explained everything with detail and answered all my questions. I feel much better now, he was spot on with my diagnosis. I trust him 100%.

Dr. Newland is a fantastic ENT. He did my sinus Surgery last week and I am very happy with him. He has great bedside manner and he takes his time during his appointments for you. I never felt rushed and he was through and knows exactly what he is doing. Would recommend to anyone! Maribeth L.
