This doctor will issue unnecessary procedures to rack up a huge bill, avoid this doctor at all costs. This practice is all about billing as much as they can get away.

Soon as I left I called a few friends to let them know of the great experience I had. Everyone is so friendly, Dr Douglas Cunningham was wonderful! I was referred to him by my previous Dr who no longer accepts my insurance and I just wish I would’ve met Dr Douglas Cunningham a LOOONG time ago!!!!! He is the best in my books extremely thorough, he took his time to get to know me and I 100% appreciated it. Drs who take the time to genuinely care about their patients are all stars. I’m so happy to be a patient of his. Henry is amazing as well. ???? 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!

Been going to this office for over 5 years! Wether I see the Dr, a PA, or just a tech to get what I need done, they are always pleasant and friendly. Most Dr offices have wait times and this Dr gets busy. If you are in a hurry, goto urgent care. If you don’t want to take a specific test, then you have the ability to say “I’d rather not”, but if you refuse tests you’re not allowed to be angry when they don’t have all the information to properly diagnose you. This is the worst, greediest and uncaring office I have ever been to. The whole office was cold and unfriendly and acted like total business the whole time. I felt no compassion or empathy from anyone. Because I had insurance I felt like they were taking advantage of it by telling me that I had to have an EKG, blood workup, bone scan, and in the chart a genetic testing. Now what is that?? they're just trying to get your money that's all there are out there for. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Then oh, I was asked to do a urine test for no appropriate reason .I felt that is an invasion of my privacy and that I do not have to give a urine test just because. I did not see the doctor of course. I saw a PA which I think on your first visit to a doctor's office you should see the doctor. That's just my opinion. Dr. Douglas Cunningham that's been my doctor for several years. I never have a problem getting an appointment with dr. Doug. His staff including the front desk medical team nurses and office manager Kim are always helpful and getting what I need including paperwork medication refills and referrals.

I used this practice as a PCP during the 2 years I lived in Phoenix. Dr seemed nice enough, I wasn't aware the practice focused on HIV patients. I thought it was unusual that I'm perfectly healthy, no HIV or really any health issues, I'm a non-smoker, yet every visit I'm taking this breathing test to determine lung function ?? No one could ever explain the point.

I think Dr Cunningham is a great doctor. He is thorough enough to explain things very simply, and gives advisements that are to the point. Office visits are more inclusive with integral treatments that make sense about the condition(s) one may have; instead of taking multiple visits, time is saved and confidence remains I one place... With a good PCP. Dr Cunningham has additional global attentions on European studies which contribute to Western medicine, rather than being trapped in a stereotypical and flatlined process of mainstream bedside manner. I feel good about being a patient at his office, and get the care I need when I need it. Wanna weigh in on CoVID concerns and other things? I never needed to with my care. Good luck out there and take care if you aren't with a physician as caring as this office is. The end.

Go elsewhere, took over an hour for ms sessler to see me and I walked out cause no one came to update me and left me in the room for an hour. The staff are rude and unprofessional and it seem like there all about wanting money through your insurance. Was sappose to be be referred to some specialist and it was sappose to take 2 weeks and 1 month gone so far and still heard nothing back. Complete waist of my time at this doctors as I was trying to get this all taken care of so I can go back to work.

Waited for my son. They left him in the office just sitting there. Dawnelle was no help. She said I'm just helping out. I don't know what's going on.

Dr. Cunningham is a exceptionally well known doctor and his office is very prompt. He is accurate is his diagnosis and is a true asset to the community. Thanks for a great visit.

I have been a patient at Pueblo Family Physicians since approximately 2010. I must say, until I had moved out of state and then came back, I thought this was a GREAT Dr's office. When i returned to AZ and needed med refills, I returned to this office. I found out the primary Dr I had seen had not revealed all my lab results to me even dating back to 1-16 off lab reports. GREAT! I have been going to this office for almost 15 years. I see a PA Jamie Kozak most of the time, and when she is not available...I see Tucker. And in that lengthy time, I have had 2 bad experiences. One where they couldn't find my chart....the other with a new PA that was rude. So......in the who knows how many times I have been there. 2 bad experiences. They see me quickly, I can usually get in within a day or two of calling....and I love my PAs. Dr.Cunningham is an extremely intelligent physician. For how busy he is, he is very trust worthy and attentive towards all of his patients. Being a physican that owns several corporations, his administration team demonstrates authority. They lead by example on how a medical establishment should operate and exceed care standards. Pablo Family Physicians recommends cost effective strategies on how to save money on prescriptions. Along with advocating program's that support the patient. Thank you.

I have been going to Dr. Cunningham for over 10 years, minus a break of 2 yrs for living out of state. Although there have ALWAYS been issues with the incompetent staff, I thought it was a tradeoff because Dr Doug was amazing. That is no longer the case, I have had so many issues with the staff recently, that this can no longer be ignored. I have had appointments cancelled, and changed to other “doctors” without even a call. If you value your health and your time, find another Doctor

I have been a Patient for 11 Years.. High Regards for NP JB. Due to delay getting referral due to pain /decide to go thru my INS and then got discharged. I tried to talk to the supervisor however refuse to talk to me. I find this offensive. I sent a letter and was returned unopened. In the past she promised to address an issue and never did.. I would not recommend a friend to this office.

This doctor office is the worst office I have seen Dr. Doug maybe twice and believe me I didn't follow up with him after the second. His bedside manner were very poor and his office was very disorganize. I've also notice the second time I went to see him he had a different MA taking me back. That just tells you he must be very difficult to work for. Most patient like myself want to feel good about following up with my Doctor and seeing the same staff. I didn't so I FIRED him. Terrible Doctor - no compassion and treats people like garbage... He is a money focused business man who should not be a doctor

I was his patient for many years, unfortunately his practice is way too busy to actually take time being through with my care. I also found his office staff to be short an unprofessional.

He is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Doug. He is very easy to talk to about anything. Nonjudgmental, easy going and flexible.

I was a a patient here in the 1990s. This medical office was poorly run then. Dr Cunningham, Miss Sesslor, and Judy were the medical "professionals" at that time. Somebody else's EKG was in my chart (I saw the patient's name; a major HIPAA violation) Judy never ordered labs for me, and I could not even get a prescription for Allegra out of them without a hassle. I've been seeing a PA in this office for about two years. Yes, the waiting room is awful, yes, sometimes the wait is too long, and yes sometimes it is wall to wall people, but I have received exemplary care from the providers, especially Miss Martha Ellis. My initial visit was quite long and in my opinion, the most comprehensive I've ever had. They wanted a thorough baseline and they got one. Patience pays off with staff, especially Rosa, she is very pleasant and helpful. The care I have received there is great. I have never seen the doc except when he's running through the hallways! So, if you appreciate a bit of chaos and have a sense of humor, this place is great. Lets not take ourselves so seriously. BTW, they have a Scottsdale office. I have had a wonderful experience with this doctor. I am not sure what all these people are bashing and threatening Dr. Doug for. Simply sliding your label as doctor across the doorstep, doesn't give you and specific qualifications or urgency to see the Doctor. In any new clinic your first visit will be at least one hour. So The so called Doctor who did the horrible review, get over yourself already, Doctor Doug is a well respected doctor in the community . I wish I could see him again but I am living back in Minnesota.. All the staff are very friendly and Kim in the Office just rocks. If I move back to Phoenix, Dr. Doug will be my first choice. So disregard all these horrible reviews. If you are a new patient, like any other clinic, plan on waiting for a while on your first visit, and don't be in a hurry.,.
