Dr. Duc Minh Ngo

I was suffering from back pain after lifting a mattress and decided to visit Dr. Ngo about it. I had a really hard time walking for about 2 days after that happened & Instead of showing care he was impatient and seemed rather annoyed about my questions. When I asked him to please create orders for physical therapy he told me they were a waste of money and perscribed me a pain killer & a muscle relaxer. At my insistance I got the orders for pt and it turns out I had suffered a herniated disk and was able to recover from it thanks to getting physical therapy. If you want to deal with a physician who doesn't really care about you and is more annoyed with your problems rather than compassionate then hes your guy! Dr. Ngo is a very knowledgeable and hard-working physician who truly cares about his patients. He has a tremendous amount of wisdom and experience in the medical field. The office is run from a home-based environment, which shows that the physician is a true healer from the heart, and has committed his life's work to his patients' well-being. I felt very comfortable in the clean and beautifully-decorated office -- the waiting room has beautiful plants which add to the positive energy. The front-desk secretary was also very kind, friendly, and caring. I felt supported throughout my appointment process. I will definitely use Dr. Ngo's services in the future for all medical appointments. Dr. Ngo is a very knowledgeable and hard-working physician who truly cares about his patients. I’m not going to wasted my time, money and health on this doctor again. He’s getting annoying by what you tell him.

This doctor office has the worst secretary. She made me feel that I came to get a humiliating visit by her. She don't have a basic skill of people service for working in a doctor office. The doctor is nicer but not a patient listener. So, I won't go back here again ever.

Good internist has the same name as my friend

I take my grandma to him, she only speaks vietnamese. He is knowledgeable, friendly. Im very happy with his care for my grandma. Even though we have moved far, I will still take her to him. I would go to him, but I prefer going to Seattle VM they have more avaliblity in scheduling. I wont mind going to him if I could fit in his schedule. Thank you Dr. Ngo! He was very detailed and listen to me, explained in detail what he was doing and what's expected, overall good experience. I just wish his office was further away from the waiting room, for better privacy for the patient.
