Durga Maddineni

I have been going to this doctor in this office for Over 15 years and I have never had a complaint but unfortunately as this practice ages, policy and services they have and provide are suffering greatly. I miss one appointment and I receive a threat as if I'm a child stating "you've miss to many appointments we are going to charge you or no more visit for you". Completely unprofessional, especially Maddineni knowing I'm a first responder and emergencies happen that hold priority over a regular schedule check up. Due to customer service alone I would not recommend this office or practice.

Incredibly disappointing experience, I walked out feeling scammed and was left with several hundred dollars of bills for what should have been a completely covered appointment. Dr. Maddineni was very rushed, made me feel unwelcome, and couldn't be bothered to even correctly read my name and information from the chart in her hand. The appointment was incredibly brief, and despite reaching back out to the office many times to fix the incorrect charges, her office continues to refuse. I am sorry that some people had bad experience with this office. I adore dr. Maddineni She is passionate, smart and very dedicated. I do not feel rushed when in her office. She goes step by step explaining everything. Her stuff are helpful and easy to work with. I am very happy I found this office.

Dr Maddineni Has been my dr for many many years. I have never had a bad experience at her office. She takes her time and listens to you. During the COVID when everyone was shut down I was able to reach her quickly when I had a health issue during non office hours. Horrible doctor with horrible reception staff

Google Reviews are more accurate than what you see on Zocdoc. Had an appointment to see Dr. Maddineni at 10AM and was still not seen by 10:45AM. Complete disrespect for patients time and really shows how this office is run. Unless you have 3 hours to throw away, I would not recommend this office. Dr. Maddineni always treat me very nice is always very helpful.

Dr. Maddineni has been our trusted family doctor for close to 20 years. We have always counted on her to be caring, knowledgeable and attentive. In addition to routine questions in yearly exams, she takes the time to ask deeper questions to get an overview of each of our emotional and physical health. She remembers us and our histories in every visit without exception. She has a pleasant manner. She does speak relatively quickly but it has nothing to do with rushing through the appointment, it is just her speaking style. If I ask her to repeat, she will do so in a careful manner to make sure we understand. We are also able to communicate easily with her office staff to schedule appointments and any follow-up, and they always try to assist with last minute appointments when we need attention in a hurry. Very worst experience with this doctors office. Being a regular customer i called to ask for my prescriptions sent and her staff whoever answers the phone was so rude . I don’t understand why do I have to walk there every two months for the prescription of my medicine. Instead of helping figure out my problem she argued with me with such a bad attitude and even hung up on me without giving me an appointment. Seriously she needs to rechange her staffs. She is an abismal doctor. Firstly, she gave my sister the wrong medication for her hyperthyroid. Second, she is an incompetent doctor. Didnt have any nurses available one day to do my blood test and poked me several times but failed at taking my blood. Third, when you call to ask for results of a blood report, she makes you come see her in the office rather than tell you over the phone, even if you’re out of the state because she wants her co-pay. This review is long overdue! Firstly, I didn't like her attitude, she had on a careless and rude demeanor. She was in a hurry, seemed like she had somewhere to go. Made me feel uncomfortable because I was feeling rushed. I mentioned how I have hypothyroidism and I don't want to take medication for it I want to try a natural approach so then I started to ask her about vitamins. I've never taken them and wanted to start experimenting, thinking that maybe it will help with my hypothyroidism so I wanted her suggestions and whenever I would bring up vitamins she would say "Why are you talking about vitamins? It has nothing to do with what we are discussing now". I repeated myself 4 times how I want to start taking vitamins and want to know if she has any recommendations or suggestions but she kept on telling me "Why are you bringing up vitamins" Well DR for the millionth time I want to start taking vitamins and I thought who best to ask then a Dr? Dr. Madenini has been my primary doctor for over ten years now and I’ve always been happy about the way she treats me. She has helped me managed my blood sugar, and is very accommodating especially when you are sick. Communication is also never a problem as she responds promptly when it comes to medical issues. Highly recommend!

Don't waste your time on this lazy woman and her staff who have attitude problems. Went to her 3 months ago complaining about dizziness and headaches. Told her my doc I was switching over from,(due to inconvenient hours), gave me an echo and I'd been to an ENT, both proving normal. We agreed I should see a neurologist. Due to my insurance, she said I can just call one and make an appointment, rather than give me a perscription, which I asked for. Now 3 months have passed, and due to family and work I've rescheduled my Neuro appointment for this Monday. They want a perscription despite my insurance. Well, guess who insists I have to see her first, before she sends them a perscription? If her lazy, uninterested self would have done it when I saw her, (mind you all she did was take my blood pressure), I wouldn't have to squeeze an appointment in with her and waste my time AGAIN. Don't go to this md if u love you life. Just 2 month ago I had annual checkup. She check my blood , EKG etc. but she couldn't found anything . Now hospital md found that I had cancer n I'm in the 4 S. This md have no quality to see pt.please do not go to her.

My name is Ernest A. Cruz. The above name is my daughter's name. I went to see Dr Maddineni on the 6th of February for help regarding my panic attacks and anxiety. She would not give me the medication that would help me as other professional doctors have in the past. I have a tremendously stressful job and work alot of overtime along with trying to finish my Bachelor's degree. I also have been taking my wife for several doctor's appointments due to a fractured foot and have a lovely daughter to care for. All Dr. Maddineni did was give me information on other doctors who are not available currently. She basically refused to help me even under all this stress. At the very least she could have just given me a small prescription to hold me over till I could see these professionals. Therefore I went to a different doctor the following day who completely understood that I needed help till I am able to see these doctors that Dr. Maddineni recommended. The following doctor was Dr. Desmond who was incredibly compassionate and helped me enormously unlike Dr. Maddineni. If you want to see a doctor who cares about your quality of life I recommend you DO NOT waste your $20 co-payment with her for it was a complete waste of my time and rest needed which I barely get due to my hectic and stressful work load!!
