Wait time here is horrible. As im writing this review Iv been waiting for over an hour to be called. About 3 ppl have been called in. The excuse i was given was that they are in training and back up. I asked what was the point of having a schedule appointment?. She simply said you will be called shortly.

Stay away from this place! They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I had my eye exam and picked out my Eyeglasses over 4 months ago they have just now received them. Apparently they source out the lenses to be made at Correctional Facilities (Prisons). Great doctor, excellent bedside manner. They got new staff and are friendly and courteous. Will definitely recommend my family and friends here. Dr. Macias speaks Spanish which is perfect for Spanish speaking patients. Complete turn around from the staff that was here before.

The wait on the phone will alwsys be like one hour

They have bad service. Everytime I call its a wait of 20-30 minutes to get answered then another 20-30 minutes to schedule the appointment. HORRIBLE! Service. Please hire more staff or train well the staff you have.

We had excellent experience with Dr Eduardo Macias - he was just like an angel to my father. He performed cataract surgery for my father on both eyes. Before the surgery my father was not able to see things completely clear during dark hours (late evening and night). After the surgery he is able to see things clearly now. He says he got new vision, new eyes from God and our God is Dr Eduardo Macias. Kudos to Dr Macias for the great job. Meanwhile the front staff is discussing very loudly a patient they dealt with yesterday using profanity and describing him as hard to deal with and mocking him. I just want to say that I work in the Health Care Field and trying to get a hold of this office is a nightmare, I can only imagine what a patient would have to go through and based off the reviews I feel bad that they have to go through this especially the elderly patients. I know 100% based off the reviews of others I would not recommend anyone to this facility, I called their other location in Rancho Cucamonga and they seemed to answer pretty quickly. Does Dr. Macias ever see the comments here regarding his staff not doing their job??? I've been trying to get a hold of him to schedule for an appointment for my grandma who is way overdue her eye exam and has not been able to take her glaucoma meds for more than a month now because I am always on hold forever! I call more than 5 times in a day and would wait for more than 30 minutes to no avail. How do I sue this place????

Worst appointment ever! I had a 9:15 appointment. Office was running over an hour behind. Other patients were also complaining about the very long wait at such an early hour in the day. Waiting room is cramped with 20 chairs in a small area. It was close to 11:30 when I finally got out of there. Doctor's exam was maybe 10 minutes at most. They wanted to schedule me for more test. I told them how bad the visit was and I would never be back.

Incompetent staff, surgery co ordinator seems to be out of the concept of co ordination. Its apparently always the patients responsibility to get hardcopy of clearance paper as they always deny that they havent receved anything from other facilities unless you ask them numerous time to check. The appointment was just shy of a 2 month wait. I got there very nerves and exited to hopefully be able to have a surgery and be able to see again. When we walked up to the office they were closed for lunch so we stood outside we were earl. But then other patients started showing up some that had trouble walking and standing so for them this is a problem the office is locked nowhere to sit. When the staff got back from lunch we all went inside okay but the employees were all very uncaring and not friendly. When I went to check in I was asked to show my insurance card so I did I showed them a digital copy because thats what my insurance issues. They refused my appointment. I asked if they could print this for me if i emailed it to them or if they would open my gmail and print it or even scan my phone. Still they refused. Ive waited nearly 2 months for this appointment took time off and needed a friend to drive me so my friends time also and they refuse me just like that. Ive spoke with them multiple time checking in on the appointment never did anyone say only a paper copy would be excepted all my other doctors are fine with the digital copy my insurance issued me.
