They're Grrrreat!!!

Just plain bad. Incomplete medications prescribed for serious acute diverticulitis. Inadequate handling of disc rupture, delayed reading of MRI, failure to inform patient of condition, took action to schedule neurosurgeon without informing patient. What else can go wrong?
