Miguel Figueroa

Dr. Figueroa has been my pain management physician for several years. I had my doubts ay first but he accomplished all he said he would and then some. I had 4 operations on my right shoulder my left leg amputated. Disc removed with cage L6 and also C5 and my right hip cfushed and put back together with screws and metal plate. With all of that this wonderful ,dr. has me virtually pain free and at 68yrs old, I'm able to work full time again. I cant lift him up enough. Thank you for providing me with the help you did.

Very helpful,clean and professional Dr. and staff. My health has greatly improved thanks to Dr Figueroa.

This is the best doctor I have been to. After being in chronic back pain for so many years with no relief whatsoever, this doctor has been able to give me relief without having to be on narcotics. I had an epidural about a month ago and my pain level is still very low compared to before. I am able to do things which in the past I couldn't. I am no longer having to use a cane and sometimes a wheelchair if I have to walk more than a very short distance. My quality of life has improved tremendously. I cannot thank Dr Figueroa for his patience, expertise and concern to try to make my life better.

I've seen the doctor 3 times, and I've never seen a doctor that is so rude in my life. The doctor and the nurse aren't on the same page. If I could choose a different doctor before a surgery I would.

Natchez is lucky to have such a good and caring doctor as Dr. Figueroa. He takes time to listen and tell you how he can treat the problem. Dr. Figueroa has diagnosed and treated me for a problem that doctors in larger cities never mentioned. Excellent doctor and courteous staff.

My primary care Doctor recommended Dr. Figuaroa. I liked him immediately and his manner in talking to me. He was straightforward about my needs. He made suggestions that worked. I was losing the use of my legs and in terrible pain due to Spinal Stenosis and five bad disc in my lower back. I have had two Epidural procedures and I am doing fine. I’ve been seeing Dr. Figueroa for approximately a year and a half. He came highly recommended by a friend who’d previously been a patient. Dr. Figueroa has helped relieve most of my chronic pain. I’ve had excellent results after each visit. He and his staff are professional, courteous, and attentive. I’d highly recommend him to anyone experiencing any level of pain. I’m pain free in over 14 years!! Tried the spinal stimulation trial and got rid of my back pain. Just had a epidural injection and am pain free! Most caring and friendly Dr. I’ve ever met!!!

I have had several spinal injections from other doctors in Alexandria, Baton Rouge and Natchez that did not work. Had 2 spinal injection from Dr Figueroa in the last 8 months and both of them relieved my pain tremendously,. The first one lasted 6 months and the second one is still working. Thanks to Dr. Figueroa my life has changed and I feel young again!

This place is awful. Not only are the nurses lazy and the doctor is rude, but nobody knows what they’re doing. My experience here was absolutely terrible. Not only do I have photos of the nurse who had urine cups sitting on the ground and SPILLING onto the floor, but the hospital who transferred me to Dr. F’s office when they didn’t answer the first time, said “just let it ring until they answer.” The service of this place is absolutely pitiful and DISGUSTING. The nurses here don’t do their job, Dr. F has no idea what he’s doing, the place made me want to wash my hands 20 times because of how unsanitary and gross this place is. I honestly don’t know how this place is still open. People here are so rude and awful to the patients and they have such attitudes. They act like they’re some type of gods and you can’t touch them on their high horse. Not only that, they mixed up my files and were asking for things that don’t even have anything to do with my illness. They are so unorganized the hospital should be ashamed of even letting this place stay in business. Absolutely hate this place and will no longer be taking my business here. I’d rather drive 3 extra hours to get my problems taken care of than going to this place. This place is awful. I had low back pain since 2003 and after the procedures that Dr. Figueroa did I am finally pain free for months. The doctor was very patient and took time to listen to me and he did what he felt was best for my interests concerning the pain. I have been pain free since then and I am able to do my gardening again and my goal is to be able to go back to work.

Dr Figueroa really cares about his patients. He will as needed, research, and consult with other doctors to find an answer for your pain. My husband suffers facial pain resulting from a stroke. After trying oral pain medication with no positive results, Dr. Figueroa was determined to find a solution. And he did! I highly recommend Dr. Figueroa . He could have your solution.

I had a spinal cord stimulator trial with Dr. Figueroa and for the first time in years I have been able to weed the yard and work my shop and play cards without squirming in a chair. I am going to get the permanent device put in as quick as possible. Thank you very much, Dr. Figueroa!

Dr. Figueroa is second to none when it comes to compassion, authenticity and quality of care. He listens, and asks questions. He immediately made me comfortable and at ease in his presence. I put my complete trust in his care, knowing that he had my health and well-best as his priority during my office visits with him. I'd recommend him to all family and friends!
