He would not see a patient two times in a row after patient was already in the waiting room; the secretary said he was called into an emergency. He did not finish repairing a tooth, Causing the patient a lot of pain for a long time unnecessarily.

After showing up for two appointments to finish a dental procedure, the secretary said he couldn’t work as scheduled and could not see the patient. In other words he canceled after you got there to the waiting room twice. Then after severe pain for a very long time he would not Provide pain medicine in the interim until he finished the tooth. It was awful, a nightmare, painful and expensive, thousands of dollars.

I had to make an Emergency Appointment in June 2020. This is the place to go to have all of your Dental needs taken care of. The office Staff-Lauren and Jodi were great. The Team knew I was a top priority and I was seen the next day. Then moving forward January 2021, I made a routine appointment. I saw Dr. Edward Williams. He had to take care of 2 crowns that I needed. He has over 30 years of experience! He is professional, straight forward, great attention towards my needs, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He is a Excellent Dentist! He worked on my 2 crowns and from the time he started till the time he was done-I had NO pain. He stopped during the procedure to take photos and make sure his work was perfect! We are all nervous and anxious when we go to the dentist but my sweet Angel on my left side-Jamiee my Dental assistant was great! She said I was going to be ok and gently tapped my arm. I needed that compassion. She said at any time I needed to stop, just to take a break to raise my hand. I did do that and she gave me a cup of water to drink. Bottom Line-I check the reviews before I make any of my decisions. You are in good hand from the beginning to the end, I would give more than 5 Stars if I could!! Thank you Dr.Edward Williams, Jamiee, Lauren, Jodi you are the Best! Thank you for taking care of me, I appreciate everyone's kindness during this uncomfortable situation for me. Deanne Smith
