Dr. Elaine E Huber

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Huber. I was dismissed while attempting to explain the pain I was experiencing and immediately told that I didn't take enough NSAIDs to justify the amount of pain I was in. When I sincerely asked if a hysterectomy was possible to treat my condition, she made a crass joke about the question and moved on. Eventually, she recommended an injection for treating endometriosis, and when I expressed concern about the well-known side effects, she got very defensive. I constantly felt like my concerns were dismissed and would not recommend her.

I think Dr Huber is very professional and answers all of my questions.

Dr. Huber has always been a caring and thorough physician. She has spent as long as is needed discussing and responding to any questions or concerns in my health. I have been a patient of Dr. Huber's for over 2 decades and have never felt rushed or dismissed in any issues or concerns I've had. I have traveled to each new location and will continue to do so, as finding a Dr. that cares and that you feel comfortable with is worth it's weight in Gold!

I am so happy to have found Dr. Huber. She is a wonderful, knowledgeable and caring doctor, who spends time talking with you to understand any questions or concerns. I remarked to her how nice it is to see a doctor who seems to know who they are seeing, and she told me the day before she sees patients, she spends time reading their history so she DOES know who she’s seeing. Also, that other doctors thought she was nuts taking this time. I trust her completely, as do those I’ve referred.

Dr Huber is an amazingly caring, patient and attentive physician. She has taken care of me , my mother and now my daughter( that she delivered 20 yrs ago).for two decades. No woman enjoys their annual exam, but I have always look forward to seeing Dr Huber. I have had total confidence in Dr Huber.

The doctor was rude as soon as she walked into the door. She acted as if the appointment was a burden to her. She would interrupt me when I tried to ask her questions, harshly saying, “WAIT, WAIT.” When I asked her for a common test that my primary physician recommended it, she dismissed me and said “We don’t do that, I'll give you birth control. She gave me a rough pelvic exam ( I bled later) and made a face when I winced. I have never met such a brusque, callous doctor with no compassion.

So for the second time their was an error in the way my prescription got refilled to the pharmacists. I called Dr. Hubers office and she didn't resolve it. This happened before. I can't believe it happened a second time. I'm hurt to see how she doesn't step up for her patients when needed. I'm in a bind now this weekend because of it. It's really disappointing. Too long to explain but had to share my experience about the last two times I called for help in a prescription problem.
