Waited 3 months for an appointment for him to do the same check up my regular does on every visit. Told me he couldn't help me and I had to cope after the 5 sec check up. Such a waste of time

Made an appointment 2 months ago for 9:20 AM, I get there at 9: AM, at 10:00 they come out to announce that the doc. was on the way. 10:30 and 20 people in the waiting room not one had been call in 10:45 still no doctor! This people are very unconsidered of other people time. some older folks made a physical effort to be there on their appointments but the Doctor did not show up. I’d like to express my disappointment and frustration at the lack of consideration for patients at this clinic. We were scheduled for a morning appointment and had to wait over 2 hours in the waiting room just to go into the exam room. Most patients here are elderly and had to wait in a crowded waiting room where social distancing was difficult at best. Patients should have been alerted of the situation ahead of time to be able to accommodate their schedule. There appears to be a complete lack of respect for the patient’s time at this facility. I just recently made a phone call to make an appointment with ELIAS AYOUBE MD THE Secretary that made my appointment today July 20 at 2:56 she was not very friendly at all she just said hello did you say the name of the place or anything like if she was at home Answering the phone call for clients to made an appointment she wouldn’t say goodbye have a good day she just hung up very rude maybe she want to be there people like that make things harder thank you I wish you could get nicer people to greet your greetings on the phone especially out of work please ! Doctor Ayoub is the best ear Dr. I have been coming to him for many years I now live 2hrs away and still come to see him I highly recommend him he really is very experienced .

This office NEVER picks up the phone. Hard to believe a medical office cannot answer patient phone calls.

I have been trying to call with no answer, and when I finally got someone to answer put me on hold for 1 hour.....I am not kidding 1 hour, and did not pick pick up the phone. How sad to know these people don't care, maybe the doctor is good, but his workers are horrible. Not even a star.

My 95 year old Mother had an appointment at 3:40 its 6:04 and we are still waiting to be called. I would not recommend this clinic. I don't care how good this doctor is, this waiting is ridiculous.

Awful service. Office staff doesn’t pick up phone. Made an appointment for Saturday January 20. Showed up and there was a sign that the office was closed and appts were canceled!! Can’t believe no one called from the office to let us know. So disappointed! Will try to change doctors.

Dr. Ayoub has been my ENT Doctor for years. He’s very professional, answers all my questions. Takes his time. He is the best!The office is wonderful and very helpful. If your looking for a great ENT Doctor. You found him!

Excellent. We love Dr Ayoub. He did both ears surgery to my son almost 4 years ago , after this it was like a miracle to our lives. Thank you so much for helping us and doing what you do. He’s very nice and always listen to us. Thank you Dr. Ayoub .

Terrible. I was referred by my primary doctor, I made an appointment, which it was 10 days later from my call. I arrived to the dr Eli Ayoub office in Lynwood 30 minutes before the appointment. They have me an appointment at 1:30pm and their office hours are after 2pm. Ok, I wait outside of the building and I schedule my day to this appointment. Then it was 2pm and I called and they told me that they don’t have appointments at 1:30 and the doctor is not there on Tuesday and they want to give me an appointment for one month later!!! Terrible staff service. I’m sorry for the doctor, even if he is the best, the staff and the people that is taking care of his schedule can do a mess.

Had an appointment scheduled for today that was made a month ago, the young girl with damaged curly hair with fried blonde tips was very not customer service oriented and rude and didn't help me but the minute Ricardo wanted to help me she then started being Nosy Rosie and kept interrupting and intervening into Ricardo trying to help me. He was nice but she needs to learn some basic education and customer service skills. I was standing and she knew I was there and did not say anything not even a hello. Only until Mr Ricardo got off the phone and helped me was she then trying to be nosy and got defensive with me trying to correct me. Very rude . Only Ricardo was nice. Hope the Dr see this because I will see him soon. My son was admitted to the hospital from other Doctor where He didn't received exceptional care. We left the hospital under our responsibility. Doctor ????‍⚕️ Ayoub Elias saved my son from having a surgery. This time was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the doctor and all the other staff of his clinic were very nice. To have a long waiting at the clinic wasn't a big deal and that meant he has a lot of patients who respect him. Not sure why there are so many reviews, sure there was a long wait and the waiting room was packed, but I guess that means he’s a great doctor. I made an appointment to due to difficulty swallowing. I went to another doctor who told me I simply had GERD and gave me some anti acids. After weeks with no changes, I finally saw another doctor who referred me to Dr. Ayoub. He was very helpful and examined me briefly. He was able to diagnose me, and although the visit was quick, it resolved my issue.

I've been suffering from vertigo for 2 weeks. I was scheduled for 12:10 because he probably schedules 6 appointments in an hour. He didn't ask me much & based on a few responses to his questions he said I have bvpp. He told me to do a few exercises but did not send me home with a pamphlet on how to perform theses maneuvers or information about my condition. As a patient I want to feel heard. I didnt feel an in depth intake or assessment was performed. I felt like he just wanted me out fast!

I have nothing but wonderful praises for Dr.Ayoub and his Office Staff. From the minute I walked in the door they greeted me with kindness and they made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Ayoub is so caring and professional. He has 40 years ENT experience. He took care of my severe nose bleed issue. Saw the spot inside of my nose that was causing the bleeding and with no pain cauterized my nose within minutes. He even found some wax in my ear i never knew i had. I look forward to my follow up appts.

I have read the negative reviews. The office staff was reasonably friendly to me, although i no longer consider smiles and small talk an important part of my office visit. The office is old, there is no AC. I have HMO insurance and many offices are like this. Dr. Ayoub is an older gentleman, and he does not say too much or smile alot, but I did not find him unfriendly or uncaring. With that said, the doc did do an excellent job removing a cyst from my ear lobe, which is the most important thing.

This office is bad. Lobby overcrowded, dirty floor, bare walls, no TV, no AIR CONDITIONING, and receptionist is rude and SLOW. Everyone in lobby looked miserable. Doctor books 1 patient every 10 minutes as listed on the sign in sheet. Waited 2 1/2 hours in the heat and then was finally taken in. Vitals were not checked! Didn't even weigh me. Exam chair was 40 years old at least and all equipment was old. Dr spent 2 minutes talking to me and was out the door. horrible experience.

Downey office staff is great and the doctor is fantastic highly recommend

I took 2 developmentally delayed patients to this doctor. I am the RN consultant for the community home where they live. The facility manager was with me as well as one of the direct service providers. He was so rude to all of us. He was impatient with my patients and told me he would not be taking visits from this type of population again. None of his office staff smile or spoke unless necessary. What a horrible experience, a horrible doctor and a sad office.

SAVE YOURSELF! GO ELSEWHERE!! I found SHAMEFUL office conditions after waiting a month to get in. Dirty floors and furniture. Everything was falling apart. I have zero trust in the doctor. He had no bedside manner and his staff was horribly unkind and uncompassionate. I wouldn't take an animal there and certainly not myself or one of my children. Never, EVER going back. Packed waiting room with patients being sent away even though they had appointments. I left in tears.

The staff in lakewood are very rude..very hard to make appointment they leave you on hold for along time till the line close...

Took my daughter to the Lakewood Office and the staff was horrible. There was an elderly lady who had been waiting over 2 hours and had still not been seen. Took forever to get anyone on the phone and when I did I was immediately and rudely put on hold and disconnected multiple times before I was able to even make an appointment.

Warning! Upsetting staff service. Had a tonsillectomy scheduled for son. When i get to the hospital early in morning the admissions office tells me Dr. Did not turn in authorization form to schedule surgery. My 3 year old was fasting due to surgery and for what? I was up sleep deprive after 15hr work schedule to take son to surgery. I used all my holiday sick days for this and cant get them back. I dont have another shot to get time off to take my son! Tried all day calling staff no answer.

He seems like and OK/Good doctor, However he does not spend much time with you, AND THE PLACE IS ALWAYS OVERBOOKED!!!! THE STAFF SUCKS!!! THE WAITING ROOM IS DIRTY, HOT AND THE WAIT TIME IS OFTEN AND HOUR OR MORE!!!!!

Good luck trying to get through. Been calling for 2 days with no luck. My call was answered once, put on hold for 5 min then got disconnected. Horrible office service.

Needs ALL NEW STAFF, HIS MANAGER IS HORRIBLE.
