I had Dr. Stehouwer for a doctor for two to three years. When I developed Diabetes, she stated that I didn't need to test my blood sugar. I didn't test for at least a year and my A1C was getting higher and higher. I changed doctors and that doctor immediately referred me to an endocrinologist and I started testing and taking care of this illness. I am now almost diabetes free. Dr. Stehouwer is kind and she is a Christian but I question her treatment protocol.
