Excellent service!!.Took very good care of me and made me feel like I wasn’t just another patient.

I came with severe eczema in my whole body and what I appreciate the most is how caring and friendly is the staff. They were truly concern about my condition same as Dr. Ellen. I have seen several Dermatologist throughout the years for my skin condition and I can say Dr. Ellen is one of the top Dermatologist and she is up to date with the newest treatments.

I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Turner's office. Her nurse struck the same vein 3 times and left a massive bruise of which I did advise the office about. I asked to have Dr. Turner call me back to discuss the situation. An office mg called back and I felt like I was gaslighted. I was led to believe that it was normal for bruising even though I have never been struck 3 times on the same vein. Mistakes happen & the mistake made here was choosing the wrong office. Dr. Turner to this day has never called to apologize for the grief her nurse and office staff put me through. Furthermore, I waited over 4 months to leave this review as I believe in giving people a chance to rectify their mistakes. Out of professional respect I won't post pictures of the bruises left on my arm. I do believe in speaking out against being mistreated which is why I hope this encourages others to not stay quiet. And Dr. Turner I hope you find the time to fix the mistakes your staff makes as it is a reflection of your practice to the general public. - Jose Castro-Frenzel

My experience here at Dr. Turner’s office has been amazing. I have been coming to her office for over 2 years now and have seen a tremendous amount of improvement in my skin since doing so. I have acne, but the biggest issue I face is getting rid of my acne scarring. However, once I started my skin pen treatment with the PRP it totally changed. My skin is almost completely clear and I have received numerous compliments. I’m glad I found this dermatologist she’s amazing.

Dr. Turner and her staff are very friendly, welcoming, and nice! I was seeing Dr. Turner for my adult acne. She recommended I go on Accutane for 5 months. The medication worked okay but my skin was not completely clear, some improvement but not full results! Towards the end of my treatment, I went in for my final checkup and the medical assistant informed me that this was my last month of taking the medication. I was totally concerned and worried because my skin was still not clear! I expressed these concerns to both the medical tech and Dr. Turner. Dr. Turner stated that my skin looked a lot better, and I had one more month of treatment and I would see some more results. However, I don't appreciate her very short, unpleasant response. I tried to explain to her how I felt my skin was not clear and she continued to reply with very quick unconcerned one-word answers. I felt it was very dismissive and unconducive to us finding a proper effective solution [& trying to understand why the medication isn’t fully working]. Finally, Dr. Turner mentioned that the medicine not only continues to work once you stop taking the pills but also that my skin will continue to improve. I really hope she is right, keeping my fingers crossed! [I am currently going into the 5th month of treatment] I hope this review helps someone who is struggling with acne and seeking a Dermatologist in Dallas.
