great experience; very knowledgeable physician; great bedside manor; couldn't have asked for more.

First I did not wait long and the receptionists were kind and on the ball. The technician, Celeste, took x-rays of my broken foot. She was kind and professional. Then the PA came in and she was very articulate and explained how my foot was still broken and how long the recovery would be etc. and told me how to take care of it. She was first rate! Then Dr. James came in and confirmed that my foot was still broken and how best to care for it. He said it would be another four to eight weeks wearing my boot. He is very kind and personable. He said to come back in a month for more xrays to see how it was healing. Great medical care in a fine office environment.

Liked Dr James and Alyssa from the first time I met them at the hospital. I felt comfortable with him performing my hip surgery and both him and Alyssa came to check on me every single day while I was in the hospital. Awesome communicator. He told me more about my condition in 15 minutes than I had from the last physician that I went to 6 times.Presented himself as someone that was concerned about me and not just another nameless face in his office.

I was seen by med asst shortly after I arrived. Immediately taken to radiology, then seen by physician asst shortly after that. Waited only a few minutes for the doctor. All staff were professional and courteous. Dr listened well, was friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent customer focus.

Very fast as getting me an appointment in such a short notice! They seemed very patient with me because obviously I was on crutches and was moving extremely slow. The x-ray tech was very friendly. Dr. James was very friendly so was his PA. The only issue I have is the face they said they cannot give pain medicine and my foot is broken and it hurts pretty badly and I have to be careful of the about of Anti-inflammatory medication I take because I have a history of ulcers and stomach issues. I had pain medicine from the hospital so I wasn’t really needing anymore pain medicine at the time but if I hadn’t gotten any it worried me that I would possibly be suffering. Great doctors and found a break actually two breaks that 3 hospitals and a a couple dr didn’t see.
