Dr. Baldwin is great. We've never had any issues with her or the staff. In fact, my son loved this office. If scheduling and flexibility were better, we would stay. Unfortunately we are going back to his previous pediatrician, even though it is a longer drive for us. The reason we are leaving is because it is impossible to get an appointment same day or next day. They push you to do Tele doc, which is not the same as seeing a doctor in person. My son can barely swallow and has had reoccurring issues and every time it's a 2-3 day wait to see the doctor. It's ridiculous to expect a patient to wait three days to be seen by a doctor in those conditions and not have any flexibility in scheduling same day appointments. Dr. Baldwin is great. I love it today was our new patient visit. The doctor was pleasant kind and I was in and out and under 45 minutes

I just had my first son on January 20,2013 and on January 25,2013 was his first appointment with her and the office was really close by and easy to find . The lady at the front desk was really nice (Shannon) and come to find out she is my cousin that I've never met... Dr.Baldwin was fast to see my little Dominic (5days old now) she went over every part of his body and did all the test to make sure he was growing normal rate... She answered all 20 of my questions without being annoyed with me asking a lot... overall I love her office and her staff and so far she is great... I even had called her on Saturday and about 15-30mins later she called me back quickly... this is the doctor to see n take your kids to when there is an emergency or any concerns you have with your children or babies ..
