Dr. Peter kosoff was my doctor when I was little and so was my little brother’s. He misdiagnosed my brother with asthma and allergies which costed him years of difficulty breathing. My grandmother had to watch him while he sleeps, worries that he might suffocate in his sleep. It turns out to just be enlarged tonsils.I told him about my on and off period in my teens and did nothing about it.It wasnt till I transfered tgmg did they sent me to a obgyn. Dr. Kosoff and his staff are wonderful. Love how Dr. Kosoff cares about his patients and doesn’t rush through his appointments. The wait might be a little longer than expected, but that’s only because he takes his time to talk and get to know his patients. My 14 year old son really likes Dr. Kosoff and he’s always disliked doctor visits. But he feels comfortable with Dr. Kosoff and enjoys talking to him. He doesn’t just brush off things and ignore his patients requests. He truly does go above and beyond for them. It’s very hard to find a doctor like Dr. Kosoff. Also his staff is on point! Best doctor ever. I’ve been taking my kids there for the past 3 years and is the best he cares and pays attention to what I have to say. The staff is very helpful too. I personally love this office and won’t change it.

This doctors office has improved vastly over the last five years. For some reason I think my last review says the name sales info. Dr.Kossoff’s staff has changed a lot. The billing system seems to be more robust and the staff appears to be much more competent. Koosoff himself was never the issue, good guy, it was his staff. Seems you either love or hate this guy. I was on the fence a month ago as I read his reviews as I sat waiting for an HOUR after my scheduled appointment. Today, however, after a very unprofessional and demeaning phone call I know exactly who this guy is. My daughter had a 102 fever, so I call THE OFFICE (I don’t even know his personal number) and he answered. I asked if I should go to the hospital or suppress the fever and with a narcissist tone told me I should have thought about that before I woke him up!!! I practically had to contain myself from screaming to tell him that it’s his job because he gets paid to be a professional and care for kids... which he obviously does not! Dr. Peter Kosoff has been the absolute worst representation of how pediatrics should be practiced. He does a great job of putting on a show in front of residents/interns and making parents feel bad on how to care for their children, extremely rude. On two separate visits he has failed to sanitize his hands or use appropriate protective measures while interacting with my child. Along with horrible care, arriving on time and even early for a SCHEDULED appointments equates to being seen by the DR. over an hour later. Parents be extremely concerned and question the methods of a doctor that carries medical tools that are used on children in a fanny pack! One star is very generous. I have been with the Dr. Kosoff since 2007 with my two daughters. He has been very professional at all time and all the Staff as amazing at making us feel welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend the office and the doctor!

Dr. Peter Kosoff has been one of the most caring pediatrician that I've meet. He is very approachable, caring and knowledgeable. He knows his craft and illustrates his concerns for his patients as well. My grandson has been a patient of his since he was five, he is now 13. His approach in the treatment of his patients is above and beyond. He explains exactly the findings of the doctor's visit as well as how to take care of oneself. I called the office & they were closed but Dr. Kosoff answered the phone & told me to take my girls which had 103.5 fever, he took care of them patiently & prescribed them medicine. An awesome doctor! For 17 years has seen my kids!

My Granddaughter has been seeing Dr Kosoff for many years now. He is a very special Doctor. In this day and time when Doctors run in the door, look your child over for 5 minutes and leaves, he doesn't. He takes his time, explains everything and really cares about your child. If your in a hurry maybe this is not the right place for you, but if you want a Dr that really cares about your child, then you should go see Dr Kosoff.

Very Rude, came in to the room with a crying sick baby, and said “ I can’t work over that.” ( the crying) He should not be working with children, if a crying baby bothers him. He doesn’t even care about explaining things that are not understood.

I was billed incorrectly and treated very rudely by the office staff. I will be making a formal complaint in any fashion possible. My wife left in tears after the experience at this location. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I have no issue with the doctors but, must warn about the rude and incompetent office staff. They threw a bill at my wife after they billed the wrong insurance company. She was publicly shamed for the unpaid bill. I was billed incorrectly and treated very rudely by the office staff. Wonderful Doctors!!!

Most people here get mad at one thing and go and add more to the story, by far this doctors has been great to my niece and nephew and now with my first born I chosed this pediatric office !

In my opinion Dr Kosoff is the best Pediatrician ever, I don’t have any complain for waiting because he take the time to have a conversation about my concerns and explain everything. I never knew a pediatrician like him, most of the doctors just are thinking about earn more money and are not focusing on the child’s needs, but Kosoff is. He is always such a sweet doctor and my kids love him. I highly recommend Dr. Kosoff as a pediatrician for your kids. The office is DIRTY! Waited over 1.5 hours to get seen with a appotingment. The AC wasn't working so it was hot. They sell candy at the front at a kid pediatrician!!!!!!! The doctor had the audacity to try to put fluoride on my kids teeth but they sell candy bars! Wish I could report this place!

I have been taking my child to this office since she was a baby that's almost 4 years now. Overall my experience with them has been pleasant. Mainly because of Dr. Rau. He has a great way with kids. He does listen to all of your concerns and always knows the best remedy. Everything he subscribes helps but he will also let you know when no medicine is needed. He is a great Pediatrician and the only reason why I have been putting up with all the other issues. The waiting times are horrible. Yes, even when you have an appointment you still wait at least an hour! They need to change their way of scheduling. Sick appointments...like someone else stated...we shouldn't be told to wait 5 or more days to be seen when our child is sick. Goes back to the scheduling issue. ( I basically have 2 pediatricians them and my after hour just in case my child cant get seen here ) There are plenty of Dr. offices with more patients and they do not have those issues. You need to contact them about their scheduling methods. The staff - One of the girls who has been there for years ( with the curly hair and glasses ) she is always polite and professional. The other ones that come and go, I have experienced rudeness and lack of professionalism with them. But I am the type of person who gives what I get. Love both doctors they take good care of my two children.They listen to me and my children about whats going on .I would like the wait time to be less but i wouldn't go anywhere else.Also i would like paper towels in the bathroom.

There staff is wonderful and the doctor's are Awesome.

Both amazing doctors Dr.Rau and DR.kosoff take as much time as they need with their patients but my daughter prefers Dr.rau he's sweater and more playful

My mom as taken my 2 big sisters and my self to Dr. Peter Kosoff I loved it everybody is nice yes they take forever to bring you back to the room then wait another 30mins in the room but is because he actually listens to you in which what's going on with your child I'm now 21 and with my first child. I brought my child here since her first doctor visit they always have treated her good and my baby girl always comes out with a smile even if she's sick they always some how makes her day and she gets out of there with a smile. 1st off, our appointment was set for 345pm. Didn't even get to the room until 520pm. Literally!! Then he recommended BENADRYL for my daughter to take to increase her appetite. My daughter is very small for her age and had me worried..... i wanted to get professional advise on what i should do. BENADRYL is NOT the answer. After reading about it; it clearly said it "supresses your appetite" Never will i ever go back!!

Dr. Kosoff is extremely caring and thorough. Takes the time to listen to concerns and come up with a solution. He manages my daughter's allergies and asthma extremely well and listens to my input as well as his opinion when treating her.

Worst Doctors office in the history of Healthcare. Totally un organized, always chaotic, and long wait times even when you have an appointment. Constant billing errors, terrible front desk staff. I was in traffic once when this office called my phone, they said that they charged a credit card but didn't know who's credit card it was. They wanted me to pull every credit card in my wallet out and read off the last for digits. They could not wait until I was finished driving, they insisted I pull over and help them with there mistake. My insurance company BCBS, failed to make a payment due the a BCBS mistake. Instead of waiting for payment from them, they refused to see my sick infant until I paid the bill and wait for them to reimburse me once Blue Cross pays them. Pathetic excuse for a Peds office, even worse examples of human beings. Worst Doctors office in the history of Healthcare. I am amazed at the reviews here. I have taken all three of my children to Dr. Kosoff's office since they were babies. He listens to me and my opinions about what might be wrong with my kids, instead of having an arrogant attitude and dismissing everything I have to say because i'm not a health care professional. This is something parents need to appreciate because we know our children best. He spends and adequate amount of time on each patient. That is why you spend so long in the waiting room.
