I have been here a few times and am always greeted upon entering with a smiling face. The clinical staff is friendly and patient. I got an appointment quickly and had less than ten minute wait both in the waiting area and the exam room. Jessica (NP) was kind and listened to my concerns. She addressed them thoroughly and offered both a conservative and more aggressive treatment plan (both clinically relevant) based on my level of urgency. I would recommend this practice to others. As a self-pay patient one very important variable is the amount of money I will be charged for visits, whether it be an annual check-up or to be seen for a specific medical concern that I have. All I was told was that it starts at around $98... but couldn't give any other information as to a range or an "at most" cost for an initial visit. Hard to believe there is no "average' or initial check up cost for a new patient. I’ve been with this clinic for 3 years now and i’ve got no problem. Well this isn’t really a problem but I really just want to address my frustration. There is this lady in the front desk whom i everytime i walked in she’s always sitting in the middle. I walked in and she didn’t even look at me or say hi or anything. I’m trying to be nice but when u see people like this it just ruin your day right away. Everytime I walked in it’s like she doesn’t even want to help me. AT ALL. One time I HAD TO SAY “HELLO” just for her to look at me. She will say 1 word which is “OK” then i’m going to awkwardly wait for her to say something again.... and she didn’t so I just went and wait for someone. This is the first review I have ever made online. Just because this lady needs to learn customer service, if she hates the job so much she shouldn’t work there. Very knowledgeable, compasionate and helpful! The staff is very pleasant and helpful and caring! They are all willing to help you with your problems and concerns. Willing to work you in if it necessary. Would recommend him to anyone. Have been with him over 15 years and he is willing to listen to all your concerns.

Dr. Schroer has been working with me for approximately two years. I have been satisfied with his level of care and professionalism. He truly cares about his patients. I would recommend him as a PCP.

Was told my insurance would cover my appointment, however I was charged over $300. When I was finally able to pay the bill, I went in and the receptionist was shocked because she knew I was way over charged. Not a big deal, but then my symptoms came back (probably misdiagnosis) so I called just to get a referral to someone who could actually help, but to my shock I was “discharged”. I've seen many physicians in my 39 years and I feel privileged to be seen by these group of professionals...the staff as you enter is always friendly and makes you a priority and any reasonable obsicle they go out of their way to over come that for you. I personally have seen Eric and now Doug and I can't be happier. Doug makes you feel like a person and not just an ailment...his is beyond personable and just the perfect funny to get you through the appointment...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these fantastic professionals to everyone and anyone looking for a doctor that doesn't just care about his job but cares about you. Nice place highly recommend over Ohio health and other places

Very friendly staff and doctors actually do their job well. Instead of just handing a script and rushing you back out the door. Great place.

I have been seeing Dr Schoer since 2001. He is a great doctor. His staff is great. Sometimes they have bad days. Probably from cantankerous patients. They like to use the patient portal. Usually, they are responsive, but there have been times I had to submit my requests a second time.

Dr. Eric Schroer has been my PCP for over 20 years. The primary reason I've selected Dr. Eric Schroer as my PCP for so long, is because of what he has proven to me since the first time he saw me as his patient; that he genuinely cares about my health and well being. I have the utmost respect and trust in his knowledge of Medicine and I'm thankful for all that he's done for me. At the end of the day, what more can you ask from your PCP?
