Within the last two months, I have visited Dr. Williard and Dr. Scott for a Root canal and today a visit to determine if I needed an additional Root canal since I was having a little trouble under a bottom bridge. Fortunately for me Dr. Scott, after taking a few x-rays advised me that it looked like a possible gum issue under my bridge. She then went out of her way to show me how to watch and clean under this bridge. I know that this is a rather long review, but the kindness and professionalism that these two Orthodontist show me was so damn sweet. ! I have to travel about 20 lies to their place of business, but their kindness and gentle approach to my teeth and personal being is well worth it........these two are without a doubt the best that there is ! Dr. Scott is professional and efficient. I have to speak about the atmosphere in her office. The staff are friendly and upbeat. Dr. Scott, I'm sure, sets the tone. She is warm and friendly. She is adept and gentle... so if a person is fearful of getting a root canal, Dr. Scott is the perfect choice! She employs the latest techniques to calm and protect her patient from discomfort and pain. While getting a root canal is never enjoyable, Dr. Scott does her best to make it so.

Dr. Scott and staff are great. Highly recommend her if you're a white knuckler like me.

I had a root canal with Dr Scott for a planned crown. My experience was the best root canal I've had to date (3). She took the time to be sure I was numb in the right areas before a very timely procedure. Should I or a family member ever need a root canal (No!), we will be back to see Dr Scott.

I went to see Dr Scott today for a root canal and I must say she is amazing at what she does. Dr Scott kept me informed, went over the procedure with me and kept asking if I was doing ok. I had zero pain throughout and after this procedure. She is very caring and clearly shows how much she loves her job. I highly recommend Dr Scott.

Dr. Scott is an amazing dentist. She took her time and explained the procedure. I was very nervous and she was very comforting. I thought the procedure would have been painful from stories I have heard. The procedure was pain free. I was really relieved and will recommend all my family and friends.

If you need a root canal, I would only recommend seeing Dr. Jennifer Willett at this practice. Dr Jean Scott is a horror story. If you or your child require someone who tells you what's happening and is comforting to ill-at-ease patients, only book with Dr. Willett. Dr Scott is robotic, insensitive and ignores you. You are just a number and she has better things to do than provide good customer care to your loved one in pain. Her "chair-side" manner is better suited to a fast food chain.
