Dr. Bayly is a skilled surgeon and I feel incredibly lucky to have had her do my surgery on my fractured tibia/ fibula. I have barely a scar and I’m confident that her work has me on the road back to my normal self. Thank you!!!!

Although did not see provider within 15 minutes of my appointment, the flow of the process was smooth and total time at facility was one hour, not typical of medical appointments in general.

Thank you so much for operating on my fractured ankle. Can't believe how wonderful the operation turned out. Feels like nothing was ever wrong. So glad I was fortunate enough to get Dr dafford.

I had to see Dr Dafford for a crushing injury I was hit by a car. I only had to see her twice and begged my PC NOT to send me back. She was so short with me, didn’t explain things clearly I had to go to my second visit with a list of questions. After the first visit I sat outside the clinic and cried. I didn’t understand what was happening with my leg. She is the absolute worst. To describe her attitude would be angry. If you get this doctor run and request another dr ASAP.

Very talented surgeon, excellent bedside manner. Caring, compassionate and takes the time to explain things in a language I can understand.

Professional and empathetic..

Awesome Doctor! Very personable and friendly. Great bedside manner. She knows her stuff!

Dr Afford explained the surgery in easy to understand language. She put me at ease and did not rush me through the exam. Answered any questions and gave me confidence that with therapy I would be back to normal. I hold her in high esteem.

I met Dr. Dafford in the hospital and she was wonderful. very pleasant, easy to talk to and did not rush answered all of my questions
