Female staff at the counter requires patient to change primary MD to their MD, when only a pcr test was needed by the patient. So what if an oncology patient walks in and just needs a rapid or pcr test, does it mean he must change his oncologist just to have the test??

Avoid at all cost: advertising free covid test, 3 months later, get billed for over $200. During peak of omicron wave, Doctor didn't even try to wear a mask, and walked around clinic without a shoe on.

Great staff extremely friendly! I was able to walk in with a short wait time.

I needed to get COVID tested for a flight and received my results the next day. Great facility. Will go back again.

I was able to make a same day appointment. This is amazing! Many primary care clinics are appointment only now. Highly recommend.

this doctor gives out opioids with pt. having any thing wrong adding to out opioid problem giving out scripts and pt. selling them in the bronx

Very good doctor And nurses. The staffs are all friendly.

Wait time is the worst... , waited 3 hours already n still don’t know how long it’s gonna take, saw lots of the patients leaving. Bedsides that doc is hardly in the clinic, someone else is taking care of . After this visit , I am gonna change my PCP. They don’t value our time.

Unprofessional staff, they 1st scheduled me on the day that they are closed. 2nd they schedule me for a specific time but when i came in they said 1st come, 1st serve. Complete waste of time

STAY AWAY!!! Nobody in this office knows what they're doing. The doctor is never there, the nurses barely know what's going on, and unable to perform simple tasks. Had to do some general exams and vaccines for an immigration application. One of which was a urine test. THEY DIDN'T DO THE RIGHT TESTS! So after a week of waiting for results, I ended up doing the test AGAIN! Then they told me it'll be stay, that I'll receive the results on the same day. Took 3 days and only after I insisted to call the lab myself, the lab guy told me there's no lab in the world that could've given me results so soon and he has no idea why anyone told me differently. WHAT THE HELL?! It's not over, nope. Finally got the results, they said they will fax it all to the civil surgeon for me. And guess what, they faxed the wrong freaking forms. So, after promising me they will fax the RIGHT one in 30 minutes, it took them 3 hours and they still sent the wrong ones. After talking to the immigration office for the THIRD time, they sent the right ones. The doctor barely spoke English, and in spite of me waiting for hours just for a "consultation" on the results, he barely spend 30 seconds and I had to read the things that stood out for him (high cholesterol, etc.) the doctor said "oh right, so that is a bit high, that's low.." so apparently I need to provide with analysis myself. Of course they all blame each other instead of taking responsibility, and I won't be surprised if most of they're excuses were plain out lies to try and cover their butts. If you have experience in babysitting, this clinic is for you. How they got into medical school with such level of incompetence is beyond me! STAY AWAY!!! Real good doctor

I relocated from NJ to NYC and was referred by my wife and landlord to see Dr. Augustin and was very happy with the serviced I received. For one thing the Doctors office called me to find out when i was coming in? And made the appointment on the spot which i then preceeded to go that day. In addition my waiting time was minimal due to several forms of paperwork to fill out and once that was complete the Doctor saw me in 5 Minutes. Finally the Doctor was with me for about a half hour and diagnosed my problem sent in my scripts (E-Scripts) to the local pharmacy.and was done with everything within 2 hours and they was headed back home..In my opinion 5 star all the way... It's not worth it to come here, we waited for almost 2 hours the doctor didn't show up. My girlfriend is Filipino and she translated what the receptionists were talking about, the doctor apparently went to Atlantic City without canceling his appointments. Never coming back again! Very unprofessional.

This doc is really good I must admit the wait time is a little long but for the most part they are in a brand new office space i plan to deal with him until my day comes 5 stars!

The reception is not nice, no greetings, you won't feel you are welcome. waited almost 2 hours.
