Dr. Bhora is not only a brilliant doctor, but a warm and caring human being. When I was pregnant, my lung collapsed twice. The second time, I was fortunate enough to land in Dr. Bhora’s care. He patiently explained the situation (many times), was kind, and gave me top notch care. I was terrified to have surgery while pregnant, and my husband was a nervous wreck, but Dr. Bhora did everything he could to reassure us, and make sure surgery went well. This man gives his time generously. He is invested in each and every patient. I would send any of my loved ones to him, knowing he would treat them as he would his own family. He is as gifted a doctor, as he is an exceptional human being. Dr. Bhora is the reason I am alive and healthy today, that my now eight year old is thriving, and that we were able to have two other children. Our family wouldn’t exist today without him. He is also very knowledgeable, understanding, personable and sweet. I was in a coma and he saved my life when he performed my tracheal surgery - he never gave up on me. I can tell that he truly cares about the well-being of each and every patient. He gave me hope, and has helped me get my life back again. I would recommend him to anyone who needs thoracic care. Dr. Bhora is an angel and very special to me. You can tell how passionate and sincere he is right away. He has a great energy and truly cares about his patients, which is not easy to find these days. The worst practice i have ever been to. Very cold and uncaring.arrogant. disorganized staff. Doesnt give attention to patient. Running all over while he should be talking to patient. Have been trying to get office notes for 4 months. Is very unclear. Terrible bedside manner. Acts like hes above everyone. Has a very defensive attitude. Does not seem at all concerned about patient as a person. His staff is so unorganized and not at all helpful. I would not trust him to touch me and i dont feel he knows what hes doing. Worst experience i ever had. Kept me in fear for 4 months. Went 85 miles each way to have him tell me they cant find my catscans or reports for the 4th time. Horrible and frightening experience. SO NOW WOULD YOU BELIEVE THEY CALLED TO ASK ME IF I WOULD REMOVE MY REVIEW OR AT LEAST EASE UP ON IT. REALLY. I AM BEING KIND HERE.Now i a being billed $158 for an xray consult from 9.25.18 when on 9/6 i was in office and told by dr he couldn't help me. An excellent doctor. I was 61 years old in Dec 2016 when Dr. Bhora performed robotic lobectomy on my right lung due to cancer. Since then, I have been under his care, 2 years now, cancer-free. Dr. Bhora is a warm, caring doctor and exemplifies professionalism. I count myself most fortunate to be a recipient of his expertise and I am forever grateful to him for the good health I have now and the chance to enjoy life with my family. An excellent doctor. We have meet Dr. Bohra, Faiz through strong recommendations from one of leading Sarcoma oncologist in Mount Sinai. When i first meet him, we realized that our search have come to an end, he have briefed us for hours, performed all logical steps before surgery. He have resected tumor, Ewing’s Sarcoma of Chest - wall. It was a matter of such a relief that after couple of hours, she have recovered completely. Surgeon role is critical in lung cancer tumor resection. He has been very polite, humble, careful and professional in his job. We (me, Ayesha & kids) would really be thankful to Dr. Bohra forever and highly recommend for people who are searching for leading Oncology Surgeons in NY. Dr Borah along with Dr hilzich save my life ten years ago I didn't know about any one else but if I had to to it again I wouldn't even think twice I believe in God and I strongly believe God got his hands all over every thing they touch love them both dearly

If I could give the special and amazing Dr. Faiz Bhora ten stars instead of the maximum five listed, I would definitely do that. When I came to Dr.Bhora I faced a difficult situation and Dr. Bhora said that surgery was required. He explained how he would undertake this surgery and advised me the best place to go - under his wonderful direction - for the superlative care that he knew was needed. The results of the surgery by Dr.Bhora, who has developed innovative procedures, were 100% plus, I emerged with zero (!) medical problems, except recovery from surgery, and in that I had the close attention and constant monitoring and dedicated care of Dr. Bhora. I feel most thankful and have immense gratitude to Dr. Bhora, whose competence, knowledge, expertise, skill and unending personal care and encouragement made my experience the best it could possibly be.
