3/28/23 Appointment was set for 3pm after his office rescheduled the week before. It is now 4:39 and we are still sitting here. The front desk keeps telling us any time he's coming. If you don't have any regards for your patients time then your not worth my time.

Horrible doctor had to wait two and a half hours to be argued with , had files from three years ago . Didn't even know why I was coming in said they didn't see anything wrong and that I needed to have another CT scan because he couldn't go off a CT scan done in October when the funny thing is I couldn't get in to have an appointment until now at the end of February. I have been waiting on an appointment for almost a year. Every time it comes near my appointment, I get a call saying he has to cancel. He us unable to see patients. Anyone else has the same issue??

the doctor and staff is the worst please dnt go there. He dnt kno anything and the wait time is very long. really he dnt need no stars. just the worst.

If I could give it no stars I would. This doctor and staff is the worst I've ever experienced. The staff is very slow and not knowledgeable, the doctor himself is very rude, overtalks you and makes too many mistakes. And this is supposed to be a doctor that I should trust with my condition or better yet my life? Thanks but no thanks. I ended up walking out during his "consultation" never to return again. I am a reasonable individual however it has been almost 1.5 hours since my scheduled appointment time and am still in the waiting room. To make it worse I showed up 15 minutes early (as requested by the doctors office) to fill out paperwork. The staff is friendly however unless asked they give no updates on when the doctor will be available. I find this to be highly unprofessional and their lack of appreciation and respect for the patients time is unacceptable. I would bet that if the cost of the visit was reduced every 10 minutes a patient had to wait past their appointment time the doctors punctuality and time management would change! Horrible place. Does not care about patients. Cancel apts constantly without notification. Extends treatment with no actual plan to get rid of the issue.

Do not go to this doctor.

I’ve been waiting over an hour to be seen and there are people that are approaching 2hrs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Incredibly unprofessional. Cancels appointments an hour before without calling first - we called him to confirm before leaving work for the appointment (because that’s how flaky he is) and he canceled. And when you go to make another appointment, you can’t get in for another 6 weeks.

Rude doctor. He don’t listen, he assumes what you need. Then took my blood and left me with a purple arm for days. Run run far away from this doctor.

So far not good at all, my father had a 1:30 appt. we have been waiting with no update or info. It is now 3:00 and when we,us and two other patients asked how much longer we only get the “shouldn’t be much longer” not at all impressed. If you have the option of going somewhere else, I would give there a try first. And mold on the ceiling in a doctors office, really? Update: We liked doctor Frazier, he is friendly and seems knowledgeable and able to explain things simply enough for me to understand. However, him and his office’s time management is horrible. I called to confirm my fathers follow up appointment and was told “ we don’t have anything on the schedule for him, but bring him in anyway, it’s normal for us not to get the paperwork for appointments from the care facility.” I asked if the doc was running behind again today and was told “he is always running late”. I then asked if she was advising me to bring him in and just wait how ever long it takes for the doc to see him and she said she was. My father and I have seen him over a dozen times one of the most caring and knowledgeable Doctors I have had the privilege to be around

Waited over 2hrs to be told I need to wear tighty whiteys, as my current underwear choice (or lack there of) was the whole reason I was experiencing problems...not sure how that's relevant to my complaints but what do I know.

I found Dr Fraser to be very caring and concerned. You do have to wait sometimes but that happens with other doctors as well.
