I love it they greet you with a smile they are so friendly they take their time with you if you have any questions they answer you to the best of their knowledge and I will say yes to me they are the best and I will tell anybody to go to them

I don’t know why I had to leave a review when I’ve never met the doctor been there twice and still haven’t met him didn’t even know he worked there

I was VERY nervous but the Doctor seemed to notice that and took great care to reassure me before ANYTHING else. Then told me STEP BY STEP what the problem(s) and processes could entail.

I've only met him once but he was knowledgeable and helpful. I will adjust stars as necessary.

I trust Dr. Traina , he did my wrist surgery a few years back very successfully. He gave me a corticosteroid shot and suggested PT to avoid knee surgery. His staff, from front desk to NP were nice and actually listened to me.

Dr. Traina was so friendly and nice. Explained things that could easily be understood. His staff was very friendly and courteous. There was hardly any wait time. I am so glad that he is one of my doctors.

I have been a patient of Dr. Traina for more than 7 years and in that time have had issues with a devastating car wreck and dealing with aging. He's helped so much with both. He's careful and thorough.

They have a great bedside manner and are extremely informative. They treat you very respectfully.

Dr. Traina is great..when you get to see him. Been going there for over 2 years and never under a 2 hour wait. Would not recommend due to the wait times and the fact that you rarely see the actual doctor

I would like to recommend the office of Dr. trainer because the staff has been exceptionally welcoming and professional. In many ways empathetic.

My experience was very mixed. Dr Trainia was a very good physician. The office staff was really left to question. Things were not made clear from the get go. When requests were made for services the office dropped the ball on a few occasions and the excuse was it was someone else’s fault. Because of this my returning to work was significantly delayed which caused more problems than needed. After following up with other providers they said they never received the info from that office. It was never disclosed that there was internal office fees to fill out paperwork. It was never stated after the first time we had it done. The attitude of a few of the staff members was very poor. When you call in to ask questions they were very poor to return your call or even at all. It’s understandable places of business get busy but there is also alternative methods of communication. To me it seemed as though the office staff did not have the level of professionalism needed for the business.

When I go in for an appointment I am always greeted with a smile and a hello how are you today. The staff is amazing and friendly and very helpful.

Love this place! They are doing everything they can to find out my problems with my neck/shoulder pain. Very thorough and great staff!

Very good

I was seen promptly. My wait time was maybe 10 minutes. Every employee was kind and courteous. I left feeling like I received the care I needed. I feel they really care about getting me the help I need. I had a very good experience.

Everyone is nice and compassionate. Would recommend them. Ms Carrie was awesome and the receptionist is amazing

Went above and beyond for my care. Was quick and caring for me pain treatment for me to get better.

Seen several Doctors that did absolutely nothing. Really pleased to see this doctor give me a cortisone shot in my knee. The staff is helping with recovery. That is all I wanted from the beginning. Also seen the same day I scheduled a appointment. That is very rarely done. Another orthopedic doctor wanted me to deal with knee issues for a month before being seen for the first time. I really appreciate their care and professionalism.

I love visiting this office, they listen to your aches and pains. I've had off and on pain in my right knee for about a month. My regular doctor kept giving me medication. I needed relief. So yesterday 3/22/21 Dr. Traina office injected me with cortisone. My knee isn't locking up and the pain is a one, not a seven. I'm so thankful for NP, staff, doctor, listening to me as a patient that is suffering, I'm not a number or a guinea pig, I'm a person with feelings. Thanks Amanda and everyone who has helped me! 3/3/22 I had surgery on my elbow and wrist. I had excellent care at Byrd Hospital, Dr. Traina came in explained the procedure and I woke up within the hour. Thanks so much! I love visiting this office, they listen to your aches and pains. I believe Dr. Traina probably saved my life! Found this compassionate, knowledgeable doctor on a fluke when the pain in my back & hip came on suddenly May 2020. Was new to the area and didn't have a primary doctor as yet. Dr. Traina saw me & took such great care of me. When the MRI he ordered was done of my back & hip, he discovered a large growth on my right kidney. After a referral to a spine specialist who did back injections but missed the kidney mass. Still no better decided I needed to return to Virginia. Fast forward to May 2021, the mass on my kidney has turned out to be malignant . The tumor, kidney & all surrounding tissue will be removed 12 Nov. by the Duke University Cancer Center. God loves me & sent me to Dr. Traina or who knows what could have happened. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Staff makes you feel as though you you really are special

If you have Medicaid or Tricare I strongly suggest anyone else. They don’t communicate with your insurance or have anything up to date. One staff was extremely rude. I had proof of the facts on my insurance but they would never fix it. I would make the calls they needed me to and gave them reference numbers to prove I called and still the next visit they would lie saying I never would call them back. Why would I keep coming to appointments if I never called back?? They would call me saying they had authorization for some of the tests I had done before scheduling them and then three months later said they haven’t got paid for anything. Finally found some help. They got me braces to stop my knees from buckling out from under me. Very pleased with the staff

The staff is completely unorganized before surgery the Dr said that his nurse was a good kid but don't know what she thinks she does I went to have bandages changed after surgery waited 3 hours sick and in pain you never even see the Dr until you have surgery very unprofessional worst service ever I'm changing Drs this is insane

Yes sir he’s been such a caring physician and he goes the extra mile. Bed side manners are extremely polite we love Doctor J. Traina and I’ve recommended my brother to him. Treats me like a drug addict and won't help me with even a cortisone shot in buckle, Laudged at me in my face 2 days after an operation that almost cost me my life. Staff talks about me behind my back
