Can't say enough good things about Dr. Frank and North Fork Surgery Center staff. From my first visit until now I've had nothing but amazing experiences from start to finish. They're open and honest with communication between office staff and patients. They're thorough and always follow through. The nursing staff is amazing and so is Brie. All around, I've been going for two years and they really make the pain management process comfortable and pain free.

In 2011 and 2012 I was experiencing severe pain from a dislocated L3-L4 vertebrae and disc. I found out later that I really needed emergency surgery, the Doctor told me that spinal injections would significantly help with my pain. So I had 6 injections in about six months' time. During the 4th injection (A Transforaminal spinal injection), I felt a definite jolt in my spinal cord. A few days later, I noticed I couldn't lift my left foot anymore. It's more than 10 years later and my suffering is worse. The nerves to my left leg anterior tibialis muscle are apparently severed and now the muscle is paralyzed. Warning!!!

Very profitable, and caring. Very clean in the office.

I wouldn't even give this medical office 1 star. My complaint is for the woman at the front desk. I made an appointment on line for jan 20 at 9am. Showed up on time and was told I didn't have an appointment. Showed the lady the appointment confirmation on my phone. She rudely dismissed it saying " oh were not still using that. Told me a nurse would call me either jan 27th or 28 to get health info and set up a virtual md visit for jan 29. Nurse didn't call. I called jan 29 8am and speak to the same woman. Asked if I would have an appointment today and she said next week. I reminded her that my 1st appointment was canceled and now this one was too. She had the n nerve to tell me to calm down. Best and most precise pain care you can get. Goes out of his way to treat you like a human being.

Dr. Adipietro cured my lifelong back pain with two procedures, one year apart. That was 5 years ago. The office manager (Eileen?) fought my insurance co. to ensure I was covered. I've sent many friends with the same results. Run, walk or crawl if you have to but just GO.

Probably the most arrogant and rude person I've ever met in my life. I wouldn't let him touch me with a 10-foot pole. I have told everyone about the horror story of an experience I had with him. Hopefully nobody will ever have to endure his unprofessionalism.

I have been going to Dr Adipietro for two years now . I was going for an epidural every three months or so the last time he put it in a different spot and I got seven monthsrelief out of it. Him and his staff are amazing I feel very comfortable there great doctor and bedside manner

Dr. Adipietro was rude, arrogant, condescending, impatient, uninterested and insensitive to our concerns, questions or experiences. I wouldn't let this arrogant individual put a band-aid on me, so there is no way he's putting a needle in the spine of any family member. He personifies the arrogance that eventually hurts patients. I've never had an experience like that. The staff was lovely, but they seemed intimidated and sort of afraid of him too. It was crazy... truly bazaar.

Procedure today, so probably too soon to comment on result. But need to say, staff was extraordinary, facility was impressive, I'm very optimistic about what has been a chronic "incurable" pain issue.

My experience in this office was excellent. Dr. Adipietro and his office staff are a class act!

He is the best. He listening to you. Take time with you. He will work with you until you are satisfied. The nurses are great too!! We need more people like them, especially when your body is in so much pains. ??????
