How could they be any worse? Rude and condescending Nurse Practitioner. Sloppy outdated computer system/incompetent staff.

Absolutely terrible. Nazl nurse here. Discriminatory and rude.

Rude, belittling and disrespectful. I would advise to avoid this doctor at all costs. I contacted him looking for urgent medical advice and he was nasty and acted as if he was inconvenienced and hung up on me. I have heard nasty stories about him before. I guess they’re true.

Not only incompetent but rude and unprofessional as well. He sent my husband to the emergency room for diarrhea and fever. When I questioned this decision he explained that "was not a complainer, so he must be ill". No medical reason was provided. At the ER they were going to do an MRI and CAT scan. Had I not been there to question this we would have owed thousands of dollars. (Note: husband was back to normal in a few days...stomach flu). Two weeks later we received notification that Dr. Simon was dropping us as patients, after 3 years as our primary care physician. Guess he didn't like being questioned. Avoid this doctor.

Could not wish for a better doctor! I have complete confidence in his diagnostic skills, as well as his personal concern for his patients. His medical support staff, as well as his office staff, make a trip to the doctor a very comforting and reassuring experience.
