Dr. Frank G Sailors

Very thorough and kind. Clean and bright. A restroom that is for all folk......one seater. Wheelchair and walker large size. Easy out to Rt 20 by a red-light.

This place has no compassion or respect when taking to people. They will just hang right up on you. If this was my business all the receptionist would be gone because they’re poor mannered and RUDE!!! Specially during a pandemic.. will go somewhere else !

There’s no other way to put it and apparently a lot of people agree with us... this place blows. I promise we are nice people but it doesn’t matter how nice you are to them you are met with the worst attitude and demeanor you could imagine; from simple questions to technical details. There have been countless attitude and condescending incidents not only over the phone but within earshot when they step out in the hallway!!... I’m sure that person is just entitled. I’m holding back a lot in this review but we would literally rather get blood work done out of a garage in Mexico than go back here... Dr. Sailers is one of the worst Dr's I have EVER SEEN!! He is very ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING, HAS NO BED SIDE MATTER AT ALL, HE TALKS DOWN TO YOU RATHER THEN TO YOU. He likes to " Preach to his Patients about There Lifestyle and Medical Conditions, but has a Very Short Memory of his own past, and how he treated his first wife. Was seen by a NP when I asked for a doctor.. Went in for an injury with possible infection and NP asked questions like "Are you up to date on tetanus?" With no action when I responded no.. Gave me neosporin and sent me off, I had to go see another doctor a few days later because it was clearly infected. Got a call a few days after to find out that they dropped my insurance and I have to pay for the whole thing out of pocket- when they said everything was fine while at the visit. Have lived only minutes away from this office for about a decade, and have never had a positive experience. Recently went to the urgent care against my better judgement. One of the physician assistants treated me, and i use the term treat loosely. She was rude, informed me that what i had i " shouldnt have because healthy adults dont get that"...treated me for the illness i "shouldnt" have, and only gave me 7 days of a treatment that is generally run 14...also my discharge paperwork..was instructions for infants. Dr Sailors is no doctor. Called him over 8 times and he would not return a call. He also may have caused my wife damage when she worked for him along with being a patient from possible sexual misconduct. We have tried to clear this up but Dr Sailors will not call or help to sort out the facts. This is not the person you want taking care of your family. Been seeing doc sailors for over 20 years, he's a good guy I remember him coming in after hours to help with one of my kid's. Can't say anything bad always been there for my family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank Sailors for over 20 years and I have NEVER seen any misconduct from him. He is one of the best doctors I have had in all my years. He is kind and caring and he is always concerned about the patient. He is always concerned about me as a person and always interested in how my family is doing, especially my son who is in the Navy. He has been more than my doctor over the years, he's also been my friend. I can call him day or night and be confident he will get back with me. I have also seen staff come and go, over the years in his office and if they are disrespectful to a patient, let him know and I guarantee he WILL address it. For all the character attacks after maybe meeting him one time, it's not a fair assessment of who he really is and how good of a doctor he is. I wish I could rate Docs & office independently because we absolutely love Dr. Perala & Dr. Sailors! BUT the wait is absolutely unbearable! It doesn't matter if you are the only person in the waiting room either. I've never left the place within 90minutes.

Nice people

I've went there 2 times. Dr. Sailors was who I saw which was recommended by a good friend of mine. He's super nice and thorough when trying to find out what's going on with your health. The wait was not long like other reviews on here said and the staff was wonderful as well. I brought my two little kids for the one appointment and they were being really wild and they were still nice to me even though my kids weren't listening to me lol. I'd recommend this office and Dr. Sailors to anyone who wants a Dr. ..who listens to your concerns and takes the time to listen! I've went there 2 times. Great place, only doctor I dont recommend is doctor Lopez, she acts like she's looking down on you and doesn't care much for the patients.

Dr. Sailors does not listen or care. He practices in a small town and listens to gossip. He bases his health care and the way he treats his patients on what he has heard through the grape vine. He also dates his young patients that he has been treating since they were young kids. Just disgusting. As long as it's no more than a common cold you are being seen for, you should be fine.
