Excellent care ; considerate of medical costs

She is in a hurry to rush you out, does not listen to your concerns or needs, acted like she did not care.

My husband & I have been patients of Dr. Heng for several years. We both can't say enough about the quality of care we have both received. She takes time to listen & answers all questions. Her staff is very kind & helpful. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

My doctor moved out of town and as I have a hard time driving in heavy traffic, I switched to Dr. Heng. The one time I saw her happened to be when I was having a nervous breakdown. After the visit, which didn't bring me comfort at all, I was embarrassed to return so went back to my old doctor at her new office. Hating the drive after several appointments, I asked Dr. Heng if she would accept me as a new patient again and explained why I had switched back to my original doctor. I was turned away because "they didn't like it when patients switched back and forth." (One time?) What ever happened to the idea of trying to find a doctor that suits your needs instead of them deciding who they wanted as patients?

Very easy going sympathetic Dr. Listens to you, does not come off as you are beneath her. I hate going to Doctors but always feel at east when I see her.

Has been no help to my grandma who has gone to her for years.

I spent years trying to find a doctor that I liked and that took time to hear my concerts and addesss them properly. At one point in time, I moved a little over an hour away and still made the drive to see Dr. Heng. Highly recommended

In my most recent visit she was open to hearing what I needed to say about my health and answering all questions I had. She was very willing to make some changes to medications because of some side effects or unsatisfactory results I was having. She spent over half an hour with me and made me feel very comfortable. I have a lot of respect for her and really appreciate her attention to all details about my well-being.
