Dr. Vascimini totally transformed my smile which gave me much more confidence in public. This dental team is excellent. My gums have healed and my teeth feel so much better since seeing them. If I had kept going to other dentists, my teeth would look like Indian corn (flint corn). But Dr. V is a perfectionist which is what I want when it comes to teeth.

Dr. Vascimini took care of all my parents’ dental needs for 30 years. He became my dentist, too, while I was caring for my folks in their final years. Dr. Vascimini and his staff are professional, knowledgeable and treat everyone who walks through the door with kindness, courtesy and friendliness. On a personal level, Before even becoming a patient, I was so moved to meet Rita (a/k/a Mrs. Vascimini who gives a most thorough cleaning) upon my mother’s passing. The good folks at Masterpiece Dental saw my mom’s obituary in the local paper, and Rita felt moved to come and offer her condolences at the memorial service. Who among all of one’s medical and dental providers even does that? Well, they do! That personal touch shows through in all of the office interactions, starting with Lisa at the front desk. After an initial exam, Dr. Vascimini takes the time to help you to understand any issues that may have been found, discuss various options, recommend other providers (orthodontists, periodontists), and follow up accordingly. If you are looking for a dentist and team who value and respect you personally, treat you with courtesy and dignity, help to ease you through any procedures, and respond positively to your needs and requests, then this is most definitely the dental practice for you! This dentist charged me $120.00 for a 5 minute conversation, no X-ray and he wanted to charge me $2500.00 for a crown and post. I called several other dentists in the area and they charge 1600.00 approx for a crown and post.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr V and his incredible team! I’ve been with them for 10 years or more, and they are absolutely tops in the field. Being a coward of the first order in the dentist’s chair, Dr V and his whole team have gained my trust implicitly!

I was referred to Rita and Dr. Frank from a very good friend after driving an hour and a half to see my family dentist I was searching for a local option with all of the personal and professional qualities that I was accustomed to not only did they meet my expectations but they continue to go above and beyond the care of any dental practice I’ve ever been to. From your first phone call to the office, Laura at the front desk is friendly and informative. If you are having a cleaning, Rita is gentle and thorough. I want to give Masterpiece Dental an A+ shout out for outstanding service and customer service. Dr. Vasamini and Rita, the dental assistant and staff are so honest and helpful that even though I am not fully covered by my Dental plan, I would not go anywhere else.My precious dentist was one of the chain clinic and you hardly ever see the dentist. Here I see the dentist almost every time and the clinic said I needed work on my teeth that I didn't need and haven't needed. The clinic is an over charging machine and they only care about the bottom line.I have been going here over 5 year's now and I know if I do need any work done on my teeth, the Doctor will explain all my options and even work with me if I need extra time to pay. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental practice. I'm a new full-time resident in Homosassa, FL. For me, the practice provides exactly what I was looking for in Citrus County. I've been a patient for 20 years. Dr. Vascimini reviewed my x-rays at my first visit and noticed that my jawbone looked thin. He alerted me to be tested for osteoporosis. Since I was in my 40's, my health insurance company decided testing wasn't necessary. At his insistance the insurance company agreed to the testing and I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. Have been going to Masterpiece Dental Studio since 1996. Dr. Vascimini, his wife, Rita, and the rest of the staff always treat you like family. I have been a patient at masterpiece dental studio’s for many years. The people in the office are wonderful, and friendly.I have enjoyed being a patient. And I highly recommend them

I have always had terrible teeth, so I have spent alot of time dentist chairs. When we first moved to this area I spent years trying out different dentists and got very disgusted. One would pad every bill with little things that had hadn't done, another wanted to redo everything in my mouth. Most of them were, what I call "production offices", where the owner doesn't actually work there, the dentist is just an employee, and everyone in the building gets a commission for upselling you. Two years ago I stumbled on Dr Frank's office and I couldn't be happier. He is a down to earth guy who takes the time with his patients explaining each procedure. His relaxed manner puts his patients at ease, but when he starts working the perfectionist in him comes out and every thing he does has to meet standards that I could never live by. I went for a cleaning last week. Because of COVID I hadn't been for six months. So Rita, the hygienist , had to work extra hard to clean off all my coffee and wine stains. The process made even harder since she can't use her more modern equipment under current protocols. Even though she worked until my teeth were bright white. As the owner of a dental practice in Illinois with 5 doctors we have patients that end up in Florida from time to time. One of these patients recently was unable to complete some dental implant work in our office because of COVID closures. I feel that my review would not be complete without a short story about how I came to be a client at Masterpiece dental. It was Memorial Day weekend on a Friday, I had tripped over my cat and broke one of my front teeth in half. I went to "the dental office" that my insurance contracted with. Went in and was told that this tooth would need a root canal and a crown, on a front tooth? I was skeptical and knew I needed a second opinion. A friend of mine used Dr. Vascimini and had recommended him to me. So now it's Friday early afternoon, I pull into the office and was met by Dr. Vascimini, who was closing up the office for the weekend. I explained my problem, he told me that the staff was gone for the day but he would take a look. He told me that the tooth could be repaired with a bonding process, and that he was glad I came in for a second opinion because the first treatment I had been recommended would have been a mistake. I came in that Tuesday, he fixed my tooth and to this day you can not see the repair, the color, the texture were truly a masterpiece. I was convinced, he was my Dentist. I have had a dental phobia for years, which is now under control. I was able to put my fears aside, when I had complete confidence in the professionals who were caring for my smile. Dr. Vascimini is an amazing dentist. I’ve been going to him for the past year and am now driving out an hour just to go to him! I am proud to say that I am of Dr Vascimini’s first patients 22+ years ago. I was referred to him by a dentist that was retiring. From my first visit to my most recent visit, just yesterday, I have always been greatly pleased with the entire office! Everyone is professional yet friendly and they maintain a family like atmosphere. Lisa at the front desk knows my needs for appointment times and works hard to find a match for my schedule. Scheduling there is very flexible. They work a variety of hours each week to meet the needs of their patients. They come in very early certain days and stay late others. Rita does a terrific job cleaning my teeth while politely and respectfully reminding me of places I may not clean as well as others. Dr Vascimini is well educated and offers options in my dental care. Dr Vascimini is very personable and takes interest in “me” not just my teeth. It was actually an appointment there that identified my husband’s hypertension in his early thirties!! Dr Vascimini will not push and urge a high cost repair/ appearance upgrade. He strives to keep a natural look to my teeth. Many years ago I needed a bridge. I was so worried the color would not match my real teeth but Dr Vascimini and Cheryl matched it perfectly! I still have the same bridge, because it was skillfully prepared and applied. In all the years that I have gone there I have never been fearful or concerned that I was not getting the absolute BEST dental care available. I always leave pleased and feeling cared for. One final note, I work in healthcare and have always been pleased with the cleanliness of the office and appearance of the staff. I have been going to Masterpiece Dental Studio for the past 13 years and have been pleased with not only the dental services performed but also with the friendly atmosphere of their facility. My son had a bonded front tooth that had been redone three times at another dentist before turning to Dr Vascimini for help. He took his time and created not only a perfect cosmetic outcome, but one that has lasted for 13 years. Even through years of braces. I hate to even give a star!!!!! Advertise that he does implants, extractions etc. Well he doesn't! Wants to send you to a Oral Surgeon for everything except he'll finish up with the crown! I don't know who the other reviewer is posting about, but it's not the office I always go to. Masterpiece Dental does all and more than what the previous individual states the dentist doesn't do. And, they are the most polite and friendly people you will ever meet. I fully recommend Masterpiece Dental.
