Love this place. Wait times aren't terrible, they're what i'd expect in an office treating sick, irritable and frightened children. The staff is amazing. So patient and courteous. One MA made a snide remark to my 7 yr old son last month, which really bothered me, but I won't let one comment by some cranky young lady influence my opinion of the practice. All the Drs and Nurses are outstanding, but I have to say, Dr McCarthy is an absolute DOLL. Love this place. We love Dr Kalenscher. He really takes his time, listens to you, and gets to know you. I have three children and we have been going there for 5+ years. He has never made me feel rushed or pressured. He explains everything .. He is fantastic. Everyone there is. I’m so happy I found this office!

The wait is beyond terrible. Almost 2 hours at times. I don't understand why they over schedule.

I've always encountered a great experience with dr k for both of my children. He listens all the time, asks a lot of questions and spends a lot of time with us. He follows up with phone calls when my kids were sick and always is empathetic and caring. We wait a while in the room but he always gives us the time we deserve. Well exams are always thorough and the immunization schedule is always mapped out nicely, milestones r visited each visit and diagnosis seems accurate all the time.
