Staff is rude, authorization person never calls you back. Plus it seems answering the phone is a problem. When Dr. Kim left it was not the same. However, the staff remained the worse in any doctors i have been.

Love this doctor and his PA, they are there to listen and not shove you out the door like cattle. I have serious back pain, I'm a new patient but I already feeling good about them!

Once again Dr. Baker your staff receives a five star I would actually say 10. For the past five or six years I’ve been seeing you personally. I feel that you were very professional, caring, kind, and patient when I asked so many questions. In which I say thank you very much. For the past five or six months I’ve been seeing Dean he also Is very Helpful and kind. With this virus going on my office visit March 31, 2020 ,With Dean was FaceTime we discussed and reviewed medication Possible epiduralI needed for the future.Once again Dean was very professional and mentioned that Daniel would be contacting me in regards to medication that would be delivered to my home and I could expect a call that day. Well I waited an hour after the appointment and no call . So I made my call to your office matter-of-fact three or four times. Next day first thing in the morning package arrived and Daniel did above and beyond my expectation.What I’m saying your office is the best and your staff, thank you..

Hello I Been a Patient of Dr. Baker G for Over 18 Yrs and He’s and Amazing Human Been and Doctor Been a Professional It’s A Very Much Like having All Your Sources Together in One Place, Don’t Matter Sometimes If You Have To Wait a Little Bit Longer To Get See it Bye A Professional And Experience and with All the Expertise You All Need it in One Person....

I was a previous patient for almost a year or so, and was informed a few month's ago that they could no longer see me because of a contract coming to an end with my PCP. My PCP was with Pioneer Medical Center in Artesia, Dr. Cortez. I was extremely inconvenienced to the fullest degree. I am not going to divulge my personal information but, I have been continuously battling with chronic bilateral hip joint pain in both of my hips, which Dr.Cortez has been aware of because he's been my doctor all my life, just about! So, it was a huge disappointment to see him go from being completely compassionate to, becoming unable to help with referring me to a new pain management. He's a separate issue but, I was first happy with this pain management until I noticed that my medicine regiment remained the same the entire time. I was happy that an attempt was made but, not happy about the pain management not moving forward with managing my pain. I was glad to be getting something, instead of nothing at all, (which is what I was dumped with, along with opiate withdrawals)! I have never lost any prescriptions nor, have I ever given them cause to just dump me the way they did. So, I end up switching my PCP since he no longer helped and so that I can get referred to a new pain management. Well, many pain management center's are judgemental and don't care to help new patients because of the DEA putting fear into them! I recently called this pain management center, (Dr.Baker), to see about becoming a patient once again since they at least attempted to help me a little and since I already have had a history with them, I was hoping for further progress. Well, they end up telling me that they can't have me as a patient since I was with Dr.CORTEZ. I tell them that I am no longer with Dr.CORTEZ and they tell me that it doesn't matter because Baker has no interest in helping any of his patients, past or present! I was extremely upset and confused about their reasoning/answer. I totally feel discriminated against, on top of the treatment I receive from New pain management center's! I have an extensive medical history resulting from broken hip joints and a shattered pelvis. None of these pain management center's look at my medical records nor, do any of them attempt to validate my medical records/history. If this pain management has a personal reason why I can't become their patient again, I would have preferred to have heard an honest answer, instead of telling me that being a patient of Dr.CORTEZ is the only reason why. Dr. Baker has been my pain management for 11 years, he is very compassionate, and concerned about his patients, his expertise is phenomenal. I've been getting up the girls for a long time and there has never been a problem he's the best if it wasn't for him I would not be walking, I am very grateful for dr. Baker, thank you dr. Baker .

Attentive, informative, kind physician

My experience at the Dr office wasterrible I drove 25 miles for my appointment at 245 per the appointment card, and was told in a very rude manner, that I was late. The male receptionis said it was at 2. because I didn't have the card in my possession he insisted I was late fortunately I still have the card. How very inconsiderate. I am going to find a different doctor.
