Called to get an appointment as a new patient. Was told to fill out pre registration info via a link from an email the doctors office would send me. Was told if I didn't fill out the info I would lose my appointment. Called the office back a few days later due to not receiving the email. Finally got the email and only have access through a smart phone. The link sent will not let me enter any of my info. Spoke to office staff Audrey who stayed if I don't fill the info out my appointment will be cancelled. Spoke to office manager Dawn who stayed the same thing. No offer for me to manually fill out info at their office once. The office sends a link that is worthless and somehow that's my mistake so I can't see a doctor. I would not recommend this doctors office to anyone. Very unprofessional and rude. I hope Dr. Gary Marcotte is aware that people are being turned away for something that is their problem. Friendly & excellent staff. The wait is normal for any doctors office. If your doctor is busy on Monday they have a nurse practitioner on staff.
