His Billing is a mess. I had surgery well over a year ago. Got the bill, it had 3 lines of services. Only two lines showed any detail, stating what insurance pays, what I pay. I PAID THE BILL. Then over a year later, I get a bill for $430, still not explaining the charge, just referring to date of service. After repeated attempts to call Billing, I went to the office, who promptly told be to call Billing. Then, since I wasn't leaving, they look at the original bill (which was paid) and the new bill. They said, it's that 3rd non-detail line. But it's not explained? Why don't you explain it? And send it to my insurance? Then we just go back and forth. I believe this is a Billing error. (I'm an IT guy, I know these thing happen). They either didn't explain it correctly or failed to Bill my insurance, and since they didn't pay, they are sending me the remaining balance. If they would have done their job correctly, my insurance would have paid, and I'd be billed for 20% of the remaining balance. His Billing is a mess. I had surgery well over a year ago. Exhausting paper work, but a lovely staff!

Super kind staff and beautiful office. I appreciate their efforts to comply with COVID-19 restrictions as well.
