Been seeing her for over a decade. Excellent care and bedside manner. Highly recommend.

Negative Stars if I could give them. Reactive doctor just like to prescribe meds and go through the motions. Her nurse practitioner tried to push the COVID vaccine on me as well with no information or facts on how the vaccine is beneficial. Does not listen to my concerns just talks at you. I was on multiple medications long term that are not FDA approved to use long term. I started going to a functional medicine doctor 3 months ago. Now I’m off all my meds: metformin, Zyrtec, Amlodipine, simvastaion weight loss injections. I have lost 40 lbs of fat without weight loss meds and feel the best I have in a very long time. If you truly want to be healthy without just going through the motions of going to the doctor, see a functional medicine doctor, it’s completely worth it.

I've been a patient of Dr.Hana Tepper's for many years..we discuss what meds are good for me..how I am doing etc..since I am a senior she always wants to be sure I'm staying busy and active..I am very happy with her..her staff and office..❤

I have seen Dr. Tepper for about 10 years. She is thorough and listens to me. She is easy to communicate with through the patient portal. She responds quickly. Since the office was reorganized a few years ago I’ve noticed an improvement in the office staff.

Waiting room time is short. I never feel rushed during exam/consult time. Very professional yet caring. Smart too. Follows up on issues. Good partnership vibe in patient - dr relationship. Office and exam rooms are clean and seem well stocked. Dr Tepper and her staff are very cognizant of need to use contracted providers for services and consults.

Dr Tepper is an excellent Dr. She is balanced, reasonable, knowledgeable and thorough. Her instincts with my care were spot on and her insistence on escalating my care to a specialist helped to catch a very serious condition early enough to be treated. I am in her debt. I wish I could have taken her with me when I moved recently.

I would put negative stars if I could. First I had to schedule my appointment two months out so I could have an 8:30am appointment since I work an 8-5. I get there for my appointment 30 min early to fill out paperwork, no big deal. Then I continue to sit there for an hour before I have to go up to the desk and ask what is going on because 15 people showed up after me and got called in before me when I was the second one in the office. At that time they finally pull me back to a room where the nurse measured my height and weight and blood pressure, which she then tells me the doctor will be in shortly. I proceed to wait there for another 40 min, doctor never shows up so I walk out and tell the nurses that I have to go because I had an appointment at work to be there for because we actually meet with our clients in a timely manor. We would never actually make someone wait that long. Dr. Tepper, I hope you read this, because that was pathetic and I hope you do not get any new patients because I assume they will have the same experience as me. That was absolutely ridiculous. This was my first visit in. I was referred to her. That was the worst doctors visit I have ever been thru. She was extremely unfriendly. I felt like I was a big inconvenience for her, Unwelcome into her office. She didn’t care what I had to say and waved all my answers off acted as if I was wasting her time being a new patient. Very condescending. Sat back like she didn’t want to be bothered in the room. Was very vague in asking questions about personal life then laugh when I told her what my fiancé did. Dr. Tepper is very thorough with her examination. She listens very well and uses a multi-disciplinary approach when it comes to treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Tepper. I never have to wait in her office either, and when in exam room she comes in promptly. She listens to my needs and wants, but uses her professional medical education and opinion when diagnosing and recommending treatment.

I was a patient of Dr. Hana Tepper's for several years. I was happy with her services & she somewhat addressed my medical needs. There was an occasion when I was unable to make my scheduled appointment. I called & cancelled, but did not give 24 hour notice. I work in the health care field as well and there are times when you cannot get out of work on time due to work constraints & assisting in patient care. I received a bill for $25.00 for a 'no-show' appointment. I contacted the billing area for this medical office & was told they would waive the fee this time but that in the future I would have to give a 24 hour notice when cancelling my appointment. Several weeks later, I had an appointment with Dr. H Tepper & her medical assistant told me I had a balance that had to be paid. I briefly explained the situation & was told "the billing office did not notify us and they really have nothing to do with this situation." I explained that I wanted to discuss with Dr. Tepper & was told I could not see her until/unless I paid the "no-show" fee. I was told to leave unless I was going to pay. I abruptly left the office & ran into Dr. Tepper at the elevator. She asked why I was leaving, I briefly explained to her that I was told I could not see her because of a discrepancy due to a 25.00 fee that I owed her. She indicated she would look into it. I never heard another word. The doctor did not respond with a telephone call or letter. I had a future appointment as well - I called to verify that appointment and they had cancelled it. I feel it is a very sad day when a patient is turned away from seeing a physician over a 25.00 no-show payment. She took an oath to help people, not to turn them away. Again, I am in the healthcare field & if I treated patients in this way, I would be fired. After all, at the end of the day, it is supposed to be what you can do to help the patient! Best Doctor in Saint Louis. Not even close.

Dr. Temper impressed me in all aspects. I had a physical and she obviously knew my medical history. She was an incredible listener . She did not hurry through my exam and explained everything that I asked her about. I would recommend her to any one looking for a sensitive , knowledgeable doctor.

When I went to Dr Tepper, due to my back pain - I asked her if I should see a physical therapist or a chiropractor, she answered, “I don’t care. It’s up to you both are okay.” When I said I’ll try a physical therapist, I asked her again if she can recommend one, her answer was again, “I don’t care where you go.” And during the exam she answered a personal call, she said it was the guy that was putting mulch on their back yard so his son will have a play area. Worst doctor I’ve been to.

I would not recommend going to this office you will regret it.

I lost my prescription paper after a visit and have an ulcer which is now likely to only get worse. When i contacted her office to get a new print out they said they couldnt give me another one. Even my pharmasist was shocked and told me to go to a different doctor and have that doctor call walgreens to verify. I cannot believe a doctor is capable of acting this was. This is not how you care for people.

Not happy with the annual physical exam. She didn't have time to listen what I was explaining and she was in a rush the whole time. The whole exam lasted approximately 5 minutes. All she tested was listen to the heart beat, checked eyes and mouth. I took time off from work to go for the appointment and the doctor didn't have time to spend time to exam even for five minutes. They need to understand Patients time is also valuable. I

I appreciate how responsive Dr. Tepper is to my needs. There are times that I am sick due to stress and she helps me to pinpoint what I am really dealing with. Some doctors would just prescribe medicine, but she makes sure it is about the whole body health. I do recommend her to friends I hope they listen!
