Dr. Bagwe wasn’t wearing a mask, nor were 7/8 staff members. I don’t understand how you could be a doctor and not take COVID seriously, but they clearly don’t take it seriously at this office. I will not be returning.

After I fell off a ladder in 2007 and crushed my calcaneus, I was referred to a couple of foot surgeons, both of which said there was not much they could do for me. A friend recommended Dr Bagwe and I went to him. He performed my surgery a week later and I've had no problem for over 14 years now.

Terrible dr. He severed my perineal nerve in a surgery and acted like I was a head case and that I wasn’t really in pain. He left me permanently disabled with a condition called CRPS … run far far away from this dr

Dr Bagwe an excellent surgeon he fused my right ankle from an old injury and I am doing well. Him and his staff are great, I would definitely recommend him as a surgeon.

Dr. Bagwe is a true professional. He was able to break down complex treatment options in to a format I was able to understand. What I liked most was his honest and realistic feedback on recovery, and his positivity.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Bagwe. I trusted him for my extensive Achilles surgery in 2017 he did such a great job I trusted him again in 2020. For my other achilles surgery on the other foot.Even the St. Louis Cardinals Put their trust in him as well. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring and he explains before surgery and after surgery thoroughly. I appreciate him and his knowledge too.I hope I never need him again but I would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone. If I could give him more than five stars I definitely would. Dr. Bagwe and staff were a blessing to my family last year after my traumatic fall. They saw me right away. I always felt welcomed in their office and felt like I was a person rather than just another patient. His staff really connects with their patients. I highly recommend this office. I would never recommend Dr. Bagwe. Had ankle fusion on right foot in 2015, tried to suck all the insurance money that he could get. Was not able to walk for 2 years in a scooter. Then he said he wasn't able to due anything for me and referred me to Dr. McCormick to remove all the hardware that Bagwe put in my right ankle. The reason that I was not able to walk was due to a staff infection which Bagwe missed. He was very disrespectful to his nurses, Bagwe called the nurses "My girls" was 1 hour late every appointment that I gone to. He work at Signature Orthopedics on Tesson Ferry Rd. Thank you Dr. McCormick for giving some quality of life back. I would rate Bagwe OOOOO!!!!!

This is hands down the right Dr. for you. He is amazing at what he does and actually cares about his patients. If i could give him more than five stars I absolutely would. He does surgical procedures that not many do. His staff is pretty amazing as well.

Very low attention to detail. Was there for a calf muscle pain. he ordered for a few tests and when the outcome was normal, he simply said a sorry. I felt there should have been further investigation to know what the problem could've been. Dissapointed !! Was of no help !!

Dr. Bagwe was amazing to work with during my Achilles rupture. Very knowledgeable and accommodating! I would highly recommend!

I fell off a roof, compound fractured my right foot, tore a tendon in my left foot, and hurt my right knee. Dr Bagwe has performed 6 surgeries on me, I would use no other orthopedic doctor in this area. Staff is very professional, and I feel they all have my best interest in mind.

He seems to be a good doc but it's incredibly aggravating that for every follow up appt he's been 2-3 hours late or has just canceled it. And, according to his staff, it's b/c he decided to pick up an ELECTIVE surgery. I think he did a great job, really like him, but would never recommend him because of that.

Great doctor, friendly staff. I saw Dr. Bagwe after seeing another doctor for on going issues with my feet. He caught an issue that the first doctor had missed. This required surgery which went great.

Dr. Bagwe removed a neuroma from my foot. Not only did it not fix anything the foot is worse! I cannot even take a pain free step. When I went to see doctor Bagwe and told him of the situation he basically came up with every excuse in the book on why it wasn't his fault. I came into his office and pain and was sent away in the same pain. This guy is a joke. I implore you to try every other option before visiting this doctor.

After I had suffered severe pain for over 10 years with multiple podiatrist visits, physical therapy, injections, crazy boots and contraptions- Dr Bagwe diagnosed me with accuracy within minutes of my visit. He performed 5 procedures in 3 surgeries over the next year on both of my feet. His precision and experience are remarkable. I am very pleased with my results and wish I had seen him sooner! Dr Bagwe is patient and does well at explaining procedures. I highly recommend!

Didn't listen well. Ignored my complaints until I demanded an MRI which showed other broken bones in foot.

Dr. Bagwe recently performed surgery on my son who had broken his ankle during a sporting event. From the initial first visit to all post operative care Dr. Bagwe spent much of his time explaining the process and answering our questions. I love that the doctor not only answered my questions but took the time to educate my son as well. My son always looked forward to his appointments because Dr. Bagwe and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Bagwe.

Arrive today at 2:45 to get an x-ray of my right ankle that is bone on bone and then back up to the office was taken straight in Dr. Bagwe assessed what needed to be done and he used an ultrasound equipment on my ankle with an iPad attachment And I received a Cortizone shot on the spot no pain in my ankle is feeling much better already I would highly recommend Dr. Baglwe. Thank you so much for your courteous prop attention and your staff was ever so pleasant and courteous

Bad experience. Broke my foot and also hurt my shoulder. He ignored my shoulder which ended up being very injured! Lost a few days with that and felt rushed during my appointment. Staff not helpful and impatient and I am a low-maintenance patient. Complained to SSM and never heard back from them. Switched to Matthew Bradley in Kirkwood and was very happy. Bad experience. Dr Bagwe is amazing! I broke my leg and ripped out all of the ligaments in my ankle. He restructured my ankle with new ligaments and repaired my broken fibula. His office is very accommodating because I came in several times to get my cast reapplied since I kept trying to itch my leg. I recommend him to anyone! He also did my aunts knee replacement. He is the best foot doctor around. Very caring with you needs. Anytime I have to see a doctor it will be him. Does not rush you out of the room always listens to what you have to say. A+A+A+A+A+A+all the way.

Felt rushed. Mentioned that I think I also hurt my shoulder in my fall and he said he'd look at it in four weeks instead of looking into it. I had a torn labrum! I think he spent less than 2 minutes with me. Nurse was short and both of them stood 10 feet away while I struggled to open the door to leave. Crutches hard to maneuver with three shoulder injuries! Never went back.

Bagwe diagnosed me with at bone fragment under foot which he supposively removed but I continued to have problems. He recommend bone stem but I got a second opinion and found out that I have a bone spur in a difficult place that was the main issue. Because he didn't address bone spur issue the first time I spend $$$$ on deductible and endured pain from a surgery that did not address issue. I need a second surgery.
