Staff was very kind, friendly and engaging. Dentist explained things well. Appointment was timely.

My experience was exceptional. I had 3 extractions. Dr. Laila Malaki and Jill helped to ease my anxiety, they're a Great team. Everything was explained step by step. The procedure was quick and painless. I highly recommend, Dr. Malaki. The entire staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The office atmosphere was welcoming.

Dr. Malaki is such a great professional who displays great bedside manner and demonstrates her passion for what she does. I appreciate the education and explanation of my case. The entire office staff and dental tech made my appt a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Morris and her staff were very thorough! They made my daughter feel very comfortable.

The entire staff was so welcoming! They made sure to go through and explain each and every step, made sure I was comfortable throughout my procedure, and even after! I was nervous before I got there but Dr. Malaki cleared all of my fears and worked so fast. 10 out 10!

My operation took in total about 20 minutes once the numbing shots kicked in. Very easy, everyone was kind, and I’ve never had dental work done in my nearly 30 years of living so this was my first time. And I’ve already told people this is the place to go in the suburbs!

I was very nervous about getting my tooth extracted and I was worried for nothing. I felt no pain during the procedure and my oral surgeon and her assistant were amazing, kind and put me at ease. I will definitely recommend them to others. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

Dr. Morris and his office staff are all wonderful friendly people! Jill was his assistant during my tooth extraction. She is a very kind calming person and helped with my anxiety about the procedure. Dr. Morris is a very nice man. He explained the procedure and removed my tooth very quickly. I would recommend going to see him!! The office is very clean too.

Dr. George is a high level professional and also surrounds himself with an excellent support system. I would highly recommend his service to any one I encounter.

Service was quick, and pain free. Everyone I spoke with in the office was pleasant and informative when questions were asked. I highly recommend Dr. Morris.

While having a tooth pulled is not a pleasant experience, everyone made me feel comfortable.

I had an implant done by Dr Morris and assisted by Todd. I was quite nervous and they both made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. Dr Morris was so gentle and fast! Highly , highly recommend their office. Gals in front were courteous and professional.

I hired Dr. George Morris to complete a dental plan for a fairly complex set of extractions. I started with another local surgeon and for reasons unimportant to this review, I made the switch. His staff is friendly and accommodating. They convey information in easy to understand terms and appear to handle the busy front office adeptly. The team that works with Dr. assisting patients through procedures are skilled, pleasant and professional. I would recommend Dr Morris to anyone needing extractions. His bedside manner is friendly without excess familiarity and banter. He has a genuine interest in your oral health working cohesively with my Dentist to execute my plan seamlessly. He is incredibly skilled and experienced completing my procedure in about 2/3 of the anticipated time which is important to someone with my health conditions under anesthesia. My pain levels with this surgery as compared to my most recent experience with a different surgeon aren’t even comparable. I was recovering night one. I am very satisfied with my service. I went to get my wisdom’s removed. It was timely, professional, and surprisingly painless. I had major anxiety prior to going. But, they put me at ease. Highly recommended.

Dr. Morris and his office staff are always very pleasant and cheerful! Going to see an oral surgeon about anything can cause some anxiety but the experiences have always been so pleasant! Dr. Morris is very knowledgeable about his specialty, so glad I chose him as my oral surgeon.

Dr. Morris and his team are competent, compassionate, considerate, and comical professionals who provided the best services. He is extracted all four of my wisdom teeth flawlessly (at once). I experienced no pain. Most stitches dissolved on their own. I had no complications. Highly recommend!

Came in today to get my abscessed dead tooth removed, everything went fine, staff, were very kind and friendly they explained everything to me very good experience they did a great job. What a relief it is to have it removed I feel much better.

I was in a small amount of pain with a broken upper tooth. My upper tooth was split down the center and unable to save it. When I came into Dentist Morris's macfacial oral surgery services due the previous day services by the other dental service experience gone bad in Munster Indiana. from another dentist. The Problem from that office I was being TOLD AND OFFERED dental services I did Not want nor asked for. Dentist Morris's office was my Desperate attempt by myself to avoid a upcoming dental emergency. To say it mildly. I walked into Dentist Morris' office Without an appt. And asked for dental services and was told by luck they had an appt. that same day and same hour. So with a little paperwork and a call to my primary dental provider. My Delta Dental card and a small co-payment. I was able to get the tooth extracted. However I was afraid of losing a permanent tooth. But Dentist Morris with the Panoramic exrays being taken we developed a tentative plan for the next visit to discuss future implants to replace my lost tooth area. Oh and my extract that day was so quick fast and efficient. I barely knew the tooth was gone. Two quick stitches and I was through for day. And exited w/ an at home tooth healing plan. Dr. Morris and his staff were extremely helpful and patient when my daughter needed to have a baby tooth removed. They answered all of our questions and made my daughter feel better when she got anxious. I would highly recommend Dr. Morris no matter your age!

Dr. Morris and his staff always provide the ultimate level of service. Everyone is very pleasant and there is not a long wait time to see the dentist. Dr. Morris is extremely skilled. I have had my wisdom teeth taken out with him at two separate occasions. One under sedation and the other not. Both experiences went very well. The healing time was minimal as expected and I had no issues. The office and the dentist followed-up with me. He has also took out my husband’s wisdom teeth and my husband had a similar experience. Dr. Morris is the preferred oral surgeon for my family. Dr. Morris and his staff always provide the ultimate level of service. Dr. Morris George, the front desk, and the technicians provided excellent care in a friendly atmosphere. The procedure was pain free, completed quickly and efficiently. Also, every step was explained in detail before starting and during the procedure. Personally, I have a need to know.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Dr Morris’ office! The staff at the front was very helpful and the nurses were fantastic! They put her at ease and she is doing great after her extractions. The process was very efficient and quick. Would definitely recommend this office!

I went to Dr. Morris with a good recommendation from my dentist so my trust and confidence were already in place. I found the staff to be exceptionally nice-a rare find these days! Dr. Morris was professional and kind. His steady hand when inserting the anesthesia needle into my arm, which I barely felt, apparently was an indication of his steady hand extracting my two molars. Scheduled an x-ray appointment last week. Arrived to find the office was closed for the entire week and no one bothered to call me about the closing. Voicemail said they knew a week ago of the closing. Won’t be returning.

They gave me written information on what to expect after the procedure. The next morning, the office called to see how my daughter was doing. I had to get one of my wisdom tooth removed and he knew what he was doing I felt no pain I was out of there no time.. the office was clean and the ladies at the front desk was nice . His assistant was nice and gave me the proper instructions to do in order for me to heal.. I will be back for my other wisdom teeth

The brightest spot of my visit was the newest team member. I could tell that she was new because she was being trained but as soon as I walked in she looked up made eye contact and gave me a warm greeting. She was kind and personable. She was very considerate as she asked me for my ID and she was careful to explain exactly how to fill out the forms front and back. The thing that I didn't like was prior to coming I called to the office. I called to find out what the procedure might cost. I have a small bump on my lower lip. I was told that it could cost $450- and up. I understand that no one can give me an exact over the phone and that each patient must be seen to determine the exact price. My case was mild the bump is small. I asked while in the exam chair ???? how much would it costs. The dentist told me that the front desk handles all of that. This season has been challenging financially for many families mine included. The cost really matters. If I would have been told that it would cost $1,000 over the phone I would've canceled my visit. I was told maybe between $450-and above since my bump was rather small and the dentist said that it would take only 30 minutes to numb the bottom lip area, remove the small cluster of saliva glands and then to sew it back up. I was told that it would cost $600 while I was in the chair with a print out. ???? I was in sticker shock. When I saw that and felt like I had been price gaulded. Why was I charged towards the higher range and my case was rather small? The other bright spot was the dental hygienist. She opened the door for me to come to the back she was warm and cordial. She made me feel calm and welcomed while I waited for the dentist. I saw another dentist about this procedure. Dr. Yeung. He gave me two referrals for two dentist who could perform this procedure. I asked of the two who had the better bedside manner. If I was going to have someone cutting inside of my mouth I wanted someone with a kind personality. Dr. George was cordial. The other thing that was hard to wrap my mind around was that there was going to be a separate $250 charge the biopsy. I asked Dr. George why did he send the cluster out for a biopsy. He said that it was to make sure that it was not cancerous. I get it but in my mind it seems like a relationship with the lab has been worked out and I am sure that the dentist office is rewarded for the referral of the samples sent. I again felt like it was an over charge and should be optional. We should be asked if we would want to have the sample sent out for testing rather than told we will receive a separate charge. I went from walking in thinking I would pay about $450 to walking out with a $600 procedure $250 lab fee and the $85 consultation fee for a total of twice as much as I had expected to pay. The thing is that I am paying out of pocket and not insurance from a job. This takes money out of my household in a tight economy. I thought it could have been more family friendly. The overall experience was a 7 out of 10. The best customer service experience I always get is at Chick-fil-A. I have been to many of their locations, even in other states and it is always the same warm, kind and welcoming experience. Sometimes it not the food I go for which is delicious but the customer service that's always good. Absolutely excellent experience! I would recommend dr Morris to anybody who would need his services!

I’m a scary cat when it comes to the dentist. Dr. Morris and his staff were so nice and polite. His assistant was so calm that she made me calm. My extraction took all of 10 mins including the stitches. The best part was it was PAINLESS!!!
