I have been having pain in my back and neck. I found out I have a congential birth defect I never knew about. My daughter has been having some other issues as well. George diagnosed problems both of us never knew we had. He is gentle, kind and extremely thorough. His office staff is wonderful as well. Helps me walk straight and no pain

Hands down, the best chiropractor office I’ve ever been to. Dr. Phillips is the man and Jennifer is great as well.

Would absolutely recommend Dr Phillips to anyone. I have been in constant pain for years and tried 4 other chiropractors before finding George. I have also tried physically therapy, pain management... you name it I have tried it. Dr Phillips took the time to listen and ask questions and gave me more relief in one visit than I have had with over 4 years of treatment elsewhere. I drive an hour to be treated by him and he is well worth the drive. I can’t say enough good things about him. Very impressed by his kind and attentive staff as well. Go down the street to other chiropractic office (Weaver Family Practice); not George Phillips of Austintown Family Chiropractic. Went to get a second opinion from George Phillips. First visit they charged me $350 including X-Rays, tried to get George to give me his analysis on the x-rays but said I needed to wait for the next visit. Go in next week for follow up, this time George tried peddling me a 20 visit treatment series for ~$1,770.00 for only minor back pains! If I stayed for the remainder of the appointment day, to get back alignment, he would charge me ~$90, I said I'd think about it and left no other service or alignment. Few weeks down the line I get a notice to pay $70 for the follow up. Tried calling up to resolve the issue, but George never responded back. But his office and services were still active during the COVID-19 shutdown and taking appointments, even when everyone else was forced to close. Stay Away. Very Great doctor very nice and he is the best doctor i have ever been to

I love this place. They know every patient by name and are never to busy to get you in. Always accepting new patients. They handle me and my three kids and I refuse to go anywhere else.

George Phillips does a great job at what he does. He was my chiropractor in highschool and still. Plus he is a good friend of the family. I recommend him to anybody.

Would never go back to this place. Hosed my for money and adjusted me knowing I had herniated disc. Went in walking came out in worse shape than I went in.

I have been seeing Dr. Phillips off and on for a couple of years now, and I have to say he is kindest most caring Doctor I have ever been associated with. I've had a few different problems with my back and neck and he has done wonders for me. Several of my relatives have starting seeing him and have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. Please don't jump into surgery for skeletal issues without first getting second opinion from a excellent Doctor that has your best interest at heart.

What a fantastic Dr.. Takes his time listens, talks to you at any level to help understand your particular situation. Great office!

Dt Phillips is amazing. He really takes the time to listen to you and explains what adjustments he is going to do and why. If you are uncomfortable with any particular adjustment (I had a bad experience with another Dr. adjusting my neck) he takes that into consideration and slowly works with you. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
