Excellent care

I absolutely LOVE everyone at Dr. Shinas office. My mother had been seeing a geriatric doctor and had alot of unresolved medical issues. Her previous doctor always said it's part of old age. So when I took her to Sr. Shina, he immediately changed her medication and within a short amount of time her issues were resolved. He has the most caring, kind, empathy and compassion with his patients!! Best bed side manner. I am very confident, feel and believe I am in the best hands with Dr. Shina. Always a pleasure to see Dr. Shina. His staff are personable and helpful. The facility is practically brand new and very nice. I have been a patient of his from the beginning. He came highly recommended by my previous primary care physician who was leaving the area. I find him to be an excellent diagnostician. He always explains everything and gives good advice. Dr. Shina was very friendly and professional. I didn’t feel rushed. His staff from checking in, to being taken to the room, to getting my blood drawn were very friendly.

Exactly what you want in a Doctor. Honesty and trust. It's a plus their receptionist is so nice and sweet, and their Nurses are fun and make you laugh. 10/10

Dr. Shina and his staff are wonderful. They’re always accommodating for your schedule. I like the ease of having everything done at one facility, It most importantly they listen to you when you talk.

Dr. James Shina is the best doctor I have ever had. He’s compassionate, caring along with being an excellent doctor. And he has a wonderful staff. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Dr.Shina is a great Doctor who cares, takes his time with me, and explains all of my medical concerns. His nurse is second to none! Great staff, clean office, very professional doctors office. I Highly recommend Dr. Shina for a medical doctor.

Office staff great. Dr. is different story. Lets his ego determine treatment and knowledge of issues. Actually tried to tell us covid-fax is same as flu. When I properly corrected him with correct medical data on that, it ruffled his cape. He also was hurt not knowing Ohio State Univ., having a FM/a Test (fibromyalgia bills test..new). Like I stated he is a legend in his own mind but not unlike some docs. The "S" on his shirt and cape was showing and the stress from correcting the was showing. I was interviewing him for PCP at the time(this is what you have to do now unfortunately) and boy glad we did!!! Also within 3 minutes on his computer and BP check he had already told me head of clev. Clinic Neuro., at time of my diagnosis was all wet. (lol). How amazing is he, does not even have to touch you and he can point out the errors of an exhausting testing and diagnosis by Clev. Clinic Dr. what a damn saviour. Again my opinion, look for someone open to leaning and opinions.

I absolutely love going to see Dr. Shina. He actually listens and cares about his patients. Also, his staff is amazing. I know how hard it can be going to a doctors office and the staff is insufferable. It makes for a bad experience. I highly recommend.

I’ve been going this office for more than 5 years. In the last month I have now made 3 attempts to make an appointment, being left on hold for 15-29 minutes each time before becoming frustrated and hanging up. Ridiculous.

He wanted to take me off of all my medications on the first visit, and isn't a very personable guy. Something kinda seems off between the staff and there's not much communication there at all.

The office is efficient and friendly. Dr Shina is sharp as a tack! A great doctor and listener.

Dr. Shina is a wonderful, compassionate, excellent Dr. I've been going to him since he started his practice. He really cares about his patients. He is very thorough when it comes to diagnosing his patients. I have all the faith in him, and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great caring Dr.
