Scheduling an appointment was super easy and we got in the next morning. All the staff is amazing especially Sally and Doctor Santiago. They were both very patient and gentle with my 4 year daughter and the procedure was done quickly. Highly recommend this office.

So had an emergency our almost 5 year smack his teeth in a classmates head. Dr. Santiago who was not in the office took our son at his house for an emergency appointment can say enough about how unbelievable that was. On his day off had us come to his home and make our sons tooth was ok just amazing thank you

Miss Karen is the best to get your teeth unless you clean so kind and very caring to your teeth so if your going ask to be cleaned my miss Karen

Dr. Santiago goes above & beyond for his patients! My sons spacers cracked and he drove to the office after hours to help us out. Great communication & very kind. Thank you!

Took my 4 yr old here for a second opinion. So glad that I did! Dr. Santiago and staff are wonderful and they made the experience enjoyable. My 4 yr old said “that was so much fun” after getting 2 fillings. They didn’t have to numb with a shot, the laughing gas worked perfectly and she stayed calm the entire time. Our two children have been seeing Dr. Santiago for several years. He and his staff are kind, knowledgeable and go above & beyond for their patients. Karen especially is exceptional at putting patients minds at ease. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Santiago! Today our son fell playing on his scooter and tore open his lip and chipped his two front teeth (after business hours). I texted Dr. Santiago with a picture of our son's mouth and he swooped in and within an hour his lip was stitched up and his teeth sealed. I have been with Dr Santiago and his team for over 5 years for both of my children. He has an awesome staff that treats me and my children very professional. My kids love going to the dentist because of this office.

Dr.Santiago and his team (Including the front office ) Although COVID-19 has altered the way we go about life , Dr Santiago and his team went above and beyond to make us feel both welcome and safe in uncertain times. They were great with my son . I can honestly say that every visit have been an amazing experience for him even today that for the first time went through 4 extractions - it was a pleasure procedure for him - he left the office smiling instead of crying . My four year old daughter had a traumatic accident that knocked out her front tooth. We contacted Dr. Santiago right away and he met us at his office within minutes of reaching out to him on a Saturday morning. Very professional, great with young patients and beautiful office facility. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Santiago and will be a loyal client for years to come. I asked for recommendations from friends, and we ended up at Dr Santiago's office. The atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet. Front dest ladies are great! We got Mrs Sally for our hygienist. She mad my daughter feel so comfortable and relaxed. Now the fun part...we have anxiety issues. She needed two cavities filled and a tooth extracted. We found out on the first attempt that nitrous makes the anxiety worse. Three more visits to get the work done. They were all so patient and understanding with her. My daughter broke her two permanent front teeth on a Friday night! I was desperate looking for a pediatric dentist that would be willing to see us to assess the damage. Dr. Santiago was the only one who returned my call and was kind enough to see us after hours. He was super nice and professional. Very clean office, outstanding staff and hygienists, efficient, and great with my kids. Able to see multiple children at the same time. Couldn't ask for better!

Was there on Monday with my kids and as always a great experience from the moment we walked in till the moment we walked out. Alex and Olga welcomed us as we walked into the door and got us checked in, then soon after Karen and Mandy called my boys back and took great care of them and made them feel absolutely comfortable, Dr. Santiago walked in shortly after they had their cleanings and went over everything and explained everything throughly leaving us with no questions to be asked. On our way to check out Sally also stopped and said Hello as she was not able to take care of us this time since she had patients (but all the girls are sweet hearts there) Olga checked us out and got us scheduled for our next visit. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Santiago and his office staff as everyone is very friendly, knowledgeable, and get you in and out in a matter of time without missing a step! Dr. Santiago is the best pediatric dentist. His team is very friendly and MOST important patience, they make sure my child feels comfortable every visit. Office is clean and receptionist welcomes you with a big smile.

Dr. Santiago was wonderful when my daughter fell and knocked out her front tooth. It was great having an after hour number to call, I was able to text images of the injury right to him.

I am now an adult but have all positive memories of going to the dentist as a child thanks to Dr Santiago. Even when I had 8 baby teeth pulled I remember leaving smiling. I am now married with children of my own and realize the importance of great first experiences. Thank you for what you do

Dr. Santiago and his staff are AMAZING!!!!!! From the day I made the appointment, to the actual appointment every single staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and so sweet to my step daughter. My step daughter had 3 fillings completed under Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) and she truly laughed the entire time and never felt any discomfort. She even asked afterwards, “when can we go back and do that again” :) I myself used to see Dr. Santiago as a child growing up, and some of the same staff members are still there :) Truly an overall GREAT experience and would HIGHLY recommended Dr. Santiago for anyone’s child’s dental needs :) Dr. Santiago and his staff are AMAZING!!!!!! . My son fell and busted his front teeth this past weekend. Dr. Santiago responded immediately. He met us to determine if this was something that could be taken care of on Monday or if it needed to be handled that morning. Given the trauma, he had to take the time to stabilize the teeth. Thank you Dr. Santiago for taking the time and doing an amazing job.

Best dentist for children in Naples! My kids have been going to Dr. Santiago for years and it has always been a pleasant experience. Friendly staff and great atmosphere for children.

Our experience today at Children's Dentistry of Naples was wonderful. The office was immaculate. They had games and prizes for both my kids. The staff was so kind and did a great job taking care of my four-year-old's cavities. It was a great experience and my children are looking forward to going back again.
